15 mins from Legoland, this is the 2nd time we have used this hotel, both times we have had great stays. Great value, clean large room. We are a family of four, our eldest was 9 during our stay and the staff sang him happy birthday and gave him cake and a candle. Quiz's and a entertainment pack for the... More

Stayed here for six nights during a business trip to maidenhead and it was perfect with all aspects, the executive rooms were clean, large, modern and in perfect conditions, breakfast was tasty and room service was good priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful and strive to address all your issues and concerns. Distance wise, it is only mile away... More

My wife and I stayed for a Saturday night when visiting friends. The hotel is typical Holiday Inn - clean, well maintained and good rooms. We ate a very tasty bar snack in the afternoon which was good, but we can't comment on the restaurant. Paul and Jake in the bar were helpful and efficient. The only negative was the... More

Thanks for the review of the hotel and good to read that you enjoyed your stay with us. Like all hotels at peak times on breakfast we do get very busy and we do try and provide additional seating where possible. I hope this didn't detract too much from your enjoyment of your stay. Thanks again for writing about us. More

A shabby exterior with an average main bar and restaurant area. The gym, pool, sauna and jacuzzi are facilities that slightly improve the place, although the rooms were also quite small. Breakfast again was what you'd expect, but nothing more. C£100 per night isn't great value when the only slightly above average feature. Only really a basic business trip type... More

Thanks for your review and comments about the hotel, sorry we didn't meet your expectations on this occasion. We have 200 rooms in the hotel and 24 of them have no lift access. Do to the nature of the building it is not possible to put a lift to service these rooms, again I'm sorry if this caused an inconvenience... More

Firstly, this hotel is much closer to Maidenhead (2 miles) than Windsor (8 miles), so bear this in mind when considering your location. The hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean, well maintained and with a large free car park. The rooms are air conditioned and light. We only had breakfast in the restaurant, which has a stark decor, but... More

There was a lack of communication between staff. We were booked in for two nights, slightly confusing because one night was booked by us and the second night was booked by my sister in law. We did explain this when we checked in and were told that was fine. Then while at a festival we had three calls from the... More

We stayed over the weekend of 22nd May. The hotel was generally OK, the staff are friendly. Although very clean, the room was very basic and the bathroom needed a facelift. The cooler was set at 16C which is not cool at all. This sort of penny pinching is really irritating. The mattress protector was stained, and there were no pillow... More

Thank you for your comments following your recent stay and firstly may I apologise for the obvious disappointment caused. I'm not sure I understand some of the comments about the air-conditioning, if you mean it only goes as low as 16 degrees then I'm afraid yes that is correct which is fairly normal for air-conditioning units. There is no attempt... More

Good clean and friendly hotel. Our bedroom was slightly small but perfectly adequate and bed was very comfortable. Excellent location for access to Windsor or Ascot area. Good choice of breakfast and the evening meal was also very good.

Just back from a three night stay at Holiday Inn Maidenhead/Windsor. Travelled with family for sole purpose of spending time at Legoland. Hotel was clean and spacious with lovely play area for kids just off the lobby so we could sit & have a drink or eat food while keeping eye on them. Rooms were clean. 2 camp beds for... More

I got a clean, well equipped room with tea and coffee available in the room. They also offer different types of pillows to meet guest needs. The hotel restaurant is in the lobby, food is acceptable and the staff is very kind and helpful. The room size is normal, most of it is taken up by the huge bed. The... More
