I was a little nervous driving up to the typical 60's concrete building in the middle of a housing estate. Inside was welcomed by very friendly reception staff. The room wasn't huge but ok for the three of us. Bathroom a bit small, other than that room very comfortable and did the job. What set the hotel apart was the... More

I stayed here just over a year ago. The reason then was to use run a training course for three days - the facilities that I was going to use were suffering from the (in)famous floods of 2014. The experience then was a surprise... it simply wasn't like a Holiday Inn (sorry Holiday Inn!). Unusually good customer service, and though... More

This hotel done us wonders staying here the kids loved the little play room in the lounge area. The swimming pool was closed as there was work being carried out on it. We had a family room with cot, the room was lovely and spacious and clean. Having a bath with warm water was the only downside to the room... More

pretty basic for Holiday Inn. Air conditioning has a mind of its own- despite setting it to 16 degrees C , the room was still incredibly warm. Windows are locked so not an option . Accordingly to the sign , the a/c is centrally preset so altering room temp probably doesn't make no difference. Tried phoning reception - no answer... More

The hotel is located in a nice residential area of Maidenhead with access to Heathrow in around 20 minutes and it also benefits from close proximity to the M4 and M40 motorways. Maidenhead is a 20 minute walk and the station with trains to Paddington about a 10 minute stroll.. The hotel has a nice flow as you walk through... More

I stayed here for 2 nights earlier this month for business. The hotel reception was nice, the people in reception were very polite. I had to wait a while as there was a large party checking in however there was somebody free on reception but I was told I had to wait. No big deal. My room was extremely small.... More

This hotel might not look very pretty from the outside but ticks all the boxes inside! We were upgraded to an executive room which was fabulous. Two double beds plus two TVs and loads of space. Breakfast is excellent. Everything you could want. Pancakes for my son so he was really happy. Great base for Windsor or London on the... More

second visit to a Holiday Inn which is our preferred choice. Buffet breakfasts were excellent. General cuisine to be recommended. Convenient for a trip to Windsor a popular tourist attraction. Also a number of good restaurants nearby.

Stayed here for 1 night as needed somewhere to stay after seeing a show in London. Wanted to avoid central London as parking would be an issue so chose Holiday Inn Maidenhead. Great train link into London and big car park. Our room was clean and comfortable and service at the reception was welcoming. We were put in a disabled... More
