I stayed there 2 nights. Worst hotel I have even stayed in. Staff were either to busy taking on their mobiles than acknowledge guests, one couldn't be bothered to look up from her computer. Towels had hair on them and pubic hair was on the sink. Sheets were stained. Do you clean the towels/sheets. Bed was not even straight, felt... More

The rooms are very good and the bed superb. Very clean modern bathroom. Ignore the negatives from last year, it has been totally refurbished. A pointer for car parking..Culveer St long stay.Sb1 2bq. Free from 3pm to 6pm but you must put a ticket in the car, then go at 6 and put another ticket in for free all night... More

Very good value for money. No breakfast available but plenty of places in the City which was just around the corner. Great location, pleasant room with tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. Bed not that comfy but ok. No air con in room either. Staff were very pleasant.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to city center and the Salisbury Cathedral. No breakfast, however wonderful restaurants and pastie shops in walking distance.

We atyed here when we attended a family wedding near by. The rooms we had were not large but comfortable and very clean. Water is provided in the room on the 1st night of your stay and an apple, with a bowl in the reception should you require more. The area outside has a lot of late night action as... More

Excellent hospitality and location. A group of 9 gents all well looked after, thank you! Very pleasant reception staff, clean working facilities, nothing was too much bother. Good breakfast available at the cathedral bar close by.

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of May 2015. Staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean, but this is everything good I can say about this hotel. Rooms were tiny, had one radiator with only "on/off" adjustments, windows wouldn't open. It's ok for a short stay but not for a holiday.

great location for a city stay in salisbury. the rooms are newly decorated and clean because of it. i had the family room, the Nelson suite. it was very large, but ok for a family. however it was street level and i wanted to close the curtains due to privacy, but the electric light was so poor, it made the... Location: close to city center, but in Salisbury everything is within a walking distance so it doesn't really matter. All restaurants that you can find on the internet, are within a 10 minute walk and it's full of them. So is Tesco in case you need to buy something from the supermarket. If you prefer fast food, there are McDonald's... More

A convenient location and seemed quite clean. The is no elevator and the stair cases are winding, narrow and rather steep. Don't bring in your heavy luggage! My room was tiny but workable for 1 person; 2 people would feel tight. There is free wifi but I couldn't access it in my room so I had to sit in one... More
