A nicely decorated building and rooms. Comfortable bed . Very small ensuite though and incredibly noisy flushing system, which can't be helped due to the system used I suppose. Surprisingly quiet area of Salisbury. I would actually rate this 3 1/2 stars, but will up to a four as it is worth more than a 3 rating. The host was... More

Hi thanks for the review ,the standard dbls are smaller than our premium but the price reflects this, £69 inc vat and cooked breakfast is not unreasonable for Salisbury. As in a previous review we do not charge for extras and if you had cooked on the day which you did not you would see no charge on your bill .as... We were stranded in Salisbury with our two teenage daughters and without any notice at all Mike made us very warmly welcome. Fantastic two neighbouring rooms, both generously proportioned, individually furnished and extremely comfortable. Mike pointed us in the direction of an excellent choice of places to eat, and in the morning - after a great night's sleep - we... More

A lovely tasteful room, very clean. Great choice for breakfast. A very central location, very close to the cathedral, short walk to the town centre. The hosts were fantastic, they could not do enough for us, it felt like we were visiting old friends! The Wilson's

We felt safe in the B & B, but the room was real very small and the bathroom was also small when you sat on the toilet your knees were half way under the wash basin. Dust & sweet papers were under the bed. Breakfast was not very good not what we were expecting We were charge extra for 2... More

Mike gave a wonderful, relaxed welcome. He gave me great recommendations for places to eat and pubs that were comfortable for me to visit as a lone female traveller. The room decor was elegant and simple and the sheets 100% cotton (hurrah!). Breakfast was very good, the amazing home made poached fruits and compotes were delicious as was the cooked... More

I stayed at St Anne's House during the week for a month on business. In the whole time I have not one negative point. There is a huge variety at breakfast and the rooms are lovely. It is very close to the centre of town to walk for a meal but far enough to be quiet at night. A wonderful... More

We stayed in rooms 1&2 last night and would like to say a huge thank you to st Ann's! Mike was so incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms were lovely and absolutely ideal for us and our 2 little boys. The breakfast was delicious, especially the warmed apricots with toasted almonds. The mini kids cooked breakfast was perfect too. The... More

I’ve have the pleasure of staying at St Ann’s for two nights a week since May 2013 due to work commitments. I had tried all other accommodation in Salisbury, after being continually let down with substandard rooms and being woken by traffic on the one way system, St Ann’s was recommend by a work colleague, I have never looked back.... I received a really warm welcome on arrival at St. Ann's House B&B from Michael and lots of advice about the best places to check out during my stay. My room was excellent, really comfortable and warm. Breakfast was great too.
