This B&B is located near the ringroad of Salisbury, so there passes a lot of traffic in the street. But the location is OK for visiting the centre of Salisbury. You can walk to the centre within 15 minutes. Our room was spacious and well decorated, but was in the basement. The garden however is very lovely with a lot... more

We were greeting by the manager in such a friendly manner, great start! Our premier room was nice and big, breakfast was nice (breakfast room is really smart) and everyone there was obviously having a great time. 10 mins easy walk into town. more

We (two adults and two young teenage children) stayed here for three nights in October 2008. We had a family room with private (but not en suite) bathroom. The hotel is about a ten to fifteen minute level walk from the centre of Salisbury. It is close to the busy ring road but we found there to be no noise... more

My wife and I had the good fortune to stay at the Rokeby Guest 2 weeks ago. We were on a driving tour of SW England, and just happened upon it. We would have stayed longer if they had not been fully booked. Our room was spacious, and newly redecorated. Breakfast was delightful. The walk into the center of town... more

The Guest House was just 10 minute stroll from the town. Very clean, and our premier room was lovely. Our hosts Karen and Mark were very friendly and welcomed us to their home.Nothing was too much trouble, and they make a good breakfast. Mark also suggested restaurants to eat at.In all our 2 night stay was lovely and we shall... more

We had one night here (family of 4 with teenagers). The room was excellent - comfy, spacious and nicely decorated. We arrived mid afternoon so were able to get a carpark. It was only a short walk into Salisbury from here. We were also pleased to be able to access the internet. Hosts were also friendly and breakfast good. more

We parked in their car park and didn't use the car for 2 days while we explored Salisbury. Convenient location to come back, refresh, and go out again for our evening meal. We stayed in Room 3 for 2 nights which was a large room at the top; comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Geoff really enjoyed his full English breakfast. Mark... more

Hosts Karen and Mark were very welcoming; our room was lovely, with pleasant en-suite and led out to the garden/patio area but our ground floor room wasn't overlooked so a brilliant setting. I do like a good fry-up and the Sunday morning (following a boozey wedding the previous day) was ample in measure, wonderfully homecooked, very tasty & not swimming... more

We were only able to stay one night, but wish it could have been much longer. In a lovely large Edwardian house, our room was spacious as was the en-suite, all period furnished, and there was every thoughtful little extra provided, including hand-cream, Radox and other things. The breakfast was great; good choice, well cooked and presented, and plenty of... more
