The Clovelly hotel more than lived up to it's reputation. We spent 4 nights there and could easily have spent longer. The hotel's owners have thought of everything to make a stay with them memorable. Our room was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The breakfasts were delicious with a good selection of cereals, fruit and homemade yoghurt as well as... More

We liked this unpretentious place. The owners were away --- but the lady who was standing in for them was absolutely charming. The twin room was perfectly adequate with gallons of hot bathwater. Plenty of parking and only a few minutes walk into the centre of Salisbury --- in fact only 100 yards to Fisherton Street which has a wide... More

I stayed here for one night in a triple room with two friends. The owners were very nice-the hotel had a decent size car park and was a very short walk away from the station. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but the room was extremely clean, with a nice selection of biscuits!! The breakfast the... More

My wife and I stayed at the Clovelly Hotel for two nights. Whole place is spotlessly clean, and bedroom/en suite bathroom were comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was really excellent - freshly cooked and hot, in contrast to the poor fare one can get as some expensive hotels. Location was most convenient - about ten minutes walk from the Cathedral... We were having trouble finding a place to stay for the night, every place was fully booked, this property was recommended by anothert hotel in Salisbury. We were a bit dubious that this was the only place available late at night, but we needed rooms. However we could not have found a more friendly and really great hotel than the... More

It was so easy to go to every parks near the hotel.I am so aporogized to hoteler because we always ate too fast to bother the schedule of them. Although he said that he was too old to run, we didn't think so. We... More
