This delightful B@B must be one of the best kept secrets in Salisbury. As you walk into the cosy hallway, catching a glimpse of the breakfast room, you just know that you wil be safe and looked after. Initially, we were not sure what to expect, however we received several helpful E.mails from Wenda, this boded well as it showed the proprietors were interested in making thier guests` stay as pleasant and productive as possible, the room was execellent with a view of the cathedral spire, breakfast was great providing a good start to the day. Cathedral View is in the center of Salisury, close enough to easily walk to all the resturants, pubs and clubs but far enough away to not hear them. The Best place to stay in Salisbury. A wonderful 4 nights stay . Steve and Wenda are friendly and helpfull and made us (me, my wife and my daughter) as to be in family. We stayed for two nights in the guesthouse "Cathedral View" in Salisbury. We had a very clean and comfortable room with a wonderful view of the cathedral. This is a charming and welcoming small but beautifully appointed place to stay in the centre of Salisbury. The rooms (we had two) were tastefully furnished and both en-suite. The breakfasts have to be sampled to be believed! Wenda and Steve who run the place are both charming and perfect hosts. Thoroughly recommended. more
