Recently spent 4 nights at this excellent B & B. The room was spotless with fresh décor and towels were changed every day. Tea and coffee, biscuits and chocolate were provided. The proprietor, Gary, did everything possible to make this visit enjoyable. The breakfasts were superb with fresh fruits and many extras offered. Gary was a great host who was... More

We've been here for one night and had a lovely time here. The host is very nice and enthousiastic. Our room (2 persons) had everything we needed. In the morning we enjoyed a real and delicious English Breakfast and some other healthy stuff.

We stayed at Leena's Guest House for a long weekend at the end of May. The owner, Gary, was an excellent host and was only too happy to accommodate our late arrival and subsequent lie-in the next morning. Our room was clean, bright and comfortable, and the vegan breakfast that Gary cooked up for us was delicious. The only downside... More

We can't describe how much we liked it there. First of all, the Location is just perfect, its only 15min walking (by the riverside) to get to the centre. When we arrived, Gary was warm welcoming us and showed us the house and the garden, which is natural and a good Place to calm down.. The Room was clean and... More

We were swung having seen the TA reviews - particularly of the lovely breakfasts on offer. I must say we were not disappointed! Our host, Gary, made us feel welcome right from arrival and nothing was too much trouble. The reviews were right - breakfasts were excellent. Fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, decent rashers of crispy bacon and the piece de... More

I stayed 3 nights at Leena's guest house and met Leena and her son, Gary, who were both very welcoming. It was clean and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superb as others have mentioned. The location is good - nearby there are riverside walks to the city and to the old ruins of Old Sarum.... More

Lots of adventures across the weekend, from the fun at breakfast to the midday nap, to the nights out in Salisbury. Gary is very welcoming and both his Mum and Dad are around to complete the ensemble. Breakfast is most enjoyable, tempting treats from tomaten and pilzen to the finest hot cross buns. All cooked fresh to order. Guests are... More

First, Gary's customer service is nothing short of excellent. He goes out of his way to ensure your stay is amazing, including providing cooked to order breakfast with very healthy choices (try the salmon!). Second, your are minutes walk from the city center and rail station. The sites here were awesome and the river walks beautiful. I would stay here... More

I travelled down to Salisbury for a job interview in February not long after reading Dave Gorman's 'America Unchained' so I was determined to avoid giving any money to 'the man' by staying in a travel lodge despite the brevity of my trip. I wanted a nice relaxing, non-corporate stay to set me right for my interview and this was... More

I was lucky enough to spot this guest house in the brochure provided by the Salisbury Tourist Information Office. The interesting house, dating from the inter-war period, is well furnished in tasteful style. Gary, the proprietor, is most helpful and could not have done more to make my stay enjoyable. The single room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was... More
