Stayed for 1 night in July while attending a wedding in Salisbury. Warm welcome from Kay when we arrived, informative and helpful. Lovely room (room 1) beautifully decorated, good ensuite and lots of lovely touches ....the biscuits were lovely!!! Hot weather for England unusually so the fan in the room was useful, comfy bed and perfect pillows. Noise could be... More

Just spent two nights at Taylor's and can honestly say this is the nicest guest house we have stayed in. The owners are so welcoming, the place is spotless and the room more than comfortable. Great nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely and would certainly recommend Taylor's to anyone visiting Salisbury. Hand-made biscuits in the room each day were a lovely... More

Steve and Kay Taylor made us feel very welcome at their guesthouse. The bedrooms were well equipped, eg.hairdryer, tea making facilties with biscuits ,tv,,a comfortable bed and the en suite bathroom had lovely towels A very good choice of breakfast and well cooked. The rooms were all spotlessly clean Another plus is that a bus service is right outside taking... More

Steve and Kay are very welcoming and very helpful. The room was well sized. There is a bus stop at the door for a short ride to the city or there is a scenic walk. Breakfast was excellent. We were very happy with this accommodation. Like so much accommodation in the UK no access is made available to a washing... More

Steve was helpful with local information and as others have mentioned the guesthouse was all we needed. parking appeared to be only the front, busy road, or nearby side street. room and ensuite size was average for an English B&B. there was a choice for breakfast

Kay and Steve are gracious, kind, and very helpful, in addition to being excellent breakfast cooks. Their rooms are large, spotlessly clean and well cared for; the bed is firm and luxurious; and they are located adjacent to a beautiful walking trail that wanders through water meadows, by a horse pasture and some allotments, and along the River Avon right into... Stayed in February, can highly recommend. Convenient for the town and close enough to walk if you want to, you can also walk to Old Sarum. If you want the bus there's a bus stop right outside. Lovely breakfast, lovely room, great hosts.

The walk to Old Sarum (1.8 miles) is one of our favourites. The views from this medieval are excellent. The same views that William the Conqueror looked on when he lived there! More

Right from the word go we were made to feel welcome and given some advice on what to see and where to go. The beautifully decorated room was so comfortable, Clean. We were served a lovely continental and cooked breakfast the next morning. Fantastic hospitality thanks.

Great hosts and wonderful full english breakfeast. Kay provided great tips on enjoying the area and scenic walks. Very nice ensuite bathroom in the room. Conviently next to bus stop as it is a bit of a walk from town center or the train station (20+ min)
