We stayed two nights and our room was very comfortable. I have never seen or used such great towels... They were very large and we had a towel warmer ! Great location to walk around town and very close to the Cathedral. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay again and recommend.

Booked 10 bedrooms and a meeting room for a small meeting. All arrangements worked out really well. Staff very helpful and friendly, rooms great, food fantastic, personal attention to everything we needed. Was a bit of a mix-up on the invoice, but easily solved. Located right outside the wall of "the close", the hotel has an excellent location. Check-in was smooth and the girl was extremely friendly.
The room was tastefully decorated, and the bathroom was clean and modern.

Actually quite disappointing. My wife and I stayedone night. The room was OK, but the heating wasn't on when we arrived. The reception/lounge area was smart, but the bar was empty, so had no atmosphere and smelt very odd (drains?) - we went to the pub next door instead.
Bed was comfortable (ish).
Breakfast was varied and plentiful and good....

The biggest problem with the hotel is finding the car park. One approaches the front of the hotel, in the centre of Salisbury, expecting some form of signage but there is nothing. The car park is in fact at around the block.

I can only apologise for the inconvenience for the car parking signage, there is a sign at the front of the hotel advising customers that parking is at the rear and where possible we inform customers of this at the reservation stage....
