Richard White is an exceptional host, who prides himself on making your stay enjoyable and unforgettable. All the home comforts you could wish for in a clean, friendly and lavishly decorated town house. You will find a delicious breakfast, with home made bread, and Richard produces a fine sausage ! An absolute delight ! more

Sedgehill is simply a gorgeous Guest house. Richard runs the place as if he loves it! and that shows, in his attention to detail and to our needs. Comfy bed with crisp sheets and squashy pillows, rooomy bath with bubbles and candles. We were so relaxed we nearly slipped into a coma! more

Sedgehill House is a hidden gem, in a quiet road but within a very short walk from Salisbury centre. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel extremely welcome by owner Richard. His attention to detail is an unusual gift: from the home-made plum sauce at breakfast, to our halloween treats, everything had been thought about. The rooms... more

I wanted to stay somewhere special in Salisbury and i did a lot of searching around when I found this place. I'm so glad they were available! There's just two rooms in this B&b which is in a lovely residential street only a short walk from the city centre. The owner Richard was incredibly helpful and friendly, we were able... more

I have stayed regularly for the last few weeks for business. I have been working away from home across the UK and Ireland for 15 years and this is without doubt the best hotel / B&B experience I have ever had. The host (Richard) cannot do enough for you and there are so many little touches that make it special.... more

Sedgehill House is perfect in all respects. In a brilliant location near to the city centre with car parking available (we didn't move the car all weekend). The room was immaculate and we loved walking 'through' the wardrobe to the bathroom. Our host, Richard, could not have been more helpful and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and at last I found... more

We stayed just one night (I wish it had been more) at Segdehill. There were so many little touches that made it that bit different from the run of the mill guest house - home made bread, home made marmalade, freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast - and the full English was cooked to perfection in the most ornate dining... more

Our stay at Sedgehill House was fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for our host – Richard. Our room was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. I can certainly recommend the full English breakfast, freshly made fruit salad, the homemade bread and marmalade was delicious. Sedgehill House was a complete delight. more
