We stayed two nights at Avebury Life to go to a family handfasting among the stones. The B and B is very convenient, ten minutes from the stones, but without the traffic and crowds you find in the centre of the village. Antoinette made us very welcome, and her veggie breakfast kept us going all day. She was helpful and... More

Antionette runs the best B & B we've tried so far in the UK. Rooms and hospitality is spotless. Located only 10 min walk from the Avebury Stone Circles it is perfectly situated for visiting the area. The Avebury Manor house is an unforgetable experience too. But the best is the breakfast - warm freshly homemade bread and eggs from... More

Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Clean and comfortable room with a wonderful view of the sunrise. Quiet and relaxed surroundings. The shared bathroom is cleaned everyday. Delicious and overwhelming breakfast. Antoinette is very helpful and has great knowledge of the region and all the activities. It is in walking distance of many wonderful sites and nature to visit and hike... More

Clean comfortable room in a welcoming B&B. Lovely breakfast. Antoinette was a charming host, who clearly tries to make her guests feel comfortable and relaxed. Excellent location for visiting Avebury. I would stay there again if in the area.

Having spent Solstice 2014 with Antoinette and her friends at Avebury Life, I can honestly say this is the best B&B I have ever stayed at......and probably ever will stay at. The atmosphere is so friendly that my stay here will be remembered fondly for ever. The beds are comfy; the breakfast is delicious and fresh and then there is... More

Fabulous location. Walking distance of the stones and village and also another pub on the main Road to Marlborough. The B&B is friendly, calming and Antoinette can not do enough for you. I have always loved the stones (since being a little girl and seeing Children of the Stones on TV). We are heading there this weekend again (our 4th... More

I booked last minute without expecting too much and was overwhelmed by Antoinette's great hospitality. My room was very clean and comfortable and the house is just a few minutes walk through beautiful fields to the village pub, shop and the stone circle. The breakfast was vegetarian, very fresh and very tasty. A great start to my walk along the... More

Stayed here for winter solstice 2012, so I am rather late writing this review, but I just wanted to say what a marvellous time I had sharing with like minded people. We started off as strangers and became good friends. Antoinette was such a lovely host, she made us very welcome from the start, ad we felt like part of... More

We stayed for one night before starting to walk the Ridgeway, but wanted to spend some time in Avebury first as there is so much to see there. The B&B is just outside of Avebury itself, but it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Avebury High Street, so don't be put off by the location. Antoinette's B&B is... More

How fantastic were my three days and nights stay at Avebury Life B&B, such friendliness, excellent breakfast, great room, beautiful scenery. Salisbury Castle, Devizes, Silbury Hill, Marlborough, Stonehenge, Woodhenge are all closeby. The B&B is situated within the Avebury Stone circle !!! Overall it was un unbelievable spiritual holiday. Thank you Antoinette!
