We are a private house that welcomes visitors like a center. We see ourselves facilitating an alternative approach. The rooms are comfortable, warm and relaxing. We are in walking distance of the Avebury stone circle and part of the sacred landscape. The food is wholesome and of local produce if possible.

Antoinette and Louie are wonderful and made the stay like home. Antoinette went above and beyond when we came back soaking wet after a long walk. The B&B is excellently situated and very comfy, clean and well maintained. I highly recommend the vegetarian breakfast and fresh homemade bread and jam. Really good fare to start a day of walking.

Cute B+B near Avebury circle, great location for the start of the Ridgeway. Rooms are not huge but have comfy beds, and en-suite. The host Antoinette was very helpful, lovely cuppa when we arrived. Vegetarian breakfast was good. Walking distance to the local pub but take a torch if it is dark on your return

From the moment my partner and I arrived at this lovely house, we felt very welcome. It was a special weekend as it was my partner's birthday. Antoinette, our hostess was friendly, warm and interesting. Our room was cosy and warm. The bed comfortable. We took the short walk to Avebury on our first night and arrived back to our room which felt so lovely. Next morning we had breakfast with another guest and Antoinette. Home-made bread, cereals, fresh berries and vegetarian fried breakfast. Great conversation. All set us up for the day exploring Avebury. Same the next morning. Antoinette is an extraordinary lovely and fascinating hostess. She is inclusive and thoughtful. She gave my partner a card and beautiful gift on her birthday (Sunday). I would thoroughly recommend this b&b, especially to people who might appreciate a good chat at breakfast, and esoteric surroundings; good books, crystals, artworks of the locale, a good night's sleep, and a fabulous breakfast.

I have had two wonderful stays in the house of Antoinette. I have felt much at home in the rooms; they are very inviting for a personal retreat. Also, Antoinette is a great listener. Over breakfast we have had heart opening conversations that helped me in my next steps in life. Thank you Antoinette!

We last came to Antoinette's excellent B&B in 2019 and - thanks to Covid - have only just managed to return. She is a great and interesting host, makes her guests feel very much at home in her welcoming and relaxing house. Her superb vegetarian breakfasts are not to be missed and a bonus is that she always sits down with her guests to share the meal - a lovely touch!

My partner and I had the loveliest time with Antoinette, who is the perfect host and had the most interesting conversations with us over a delicious home-cooked breakfast. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the many books in Antoinette’s library and her eco-conscious approach. Most of all we loved being able to walk into the gorgeous village of Avebury (10 minutes or so through country lanes), where there is a great National Trust property and gardens, as well as the stone circle. The only thing to be aware of is that there are not many supermarkets nearby so stock up before you go, or book a table in advance at one of the two nearby pubs. We will definitely be returning again! Thanks Antoinette!

Avebury life is a wonderful B&B it is serene and relaxing, the room was very comfortable and had a lovely atmosphere, Avebury Life is within walking distance of the stones and the pub, cafes and shops. Antoinette is an amazing host with a wealth of knowledge about the local area and anyone who may have an interest in the history of Avebury. The breakfast was lovely so tasty and for a vegetarian it made a refreshing change to have home cooked food, instead of the usual frozen hash brown or frozen veggie sausage!! Wonderful stay.

My host Antoinette welcomed me into the B&B which is located only a short walk from the village. She was happy to explain the area to me and pointed out some interesting walks. The ensuite room was quiet, clean and very cosy. It was self contained and felt very safe. I am already thinking of visiting again!
