Advertised as 3/4 star self catering apartments, we were horrified to see when we arrived nothing more than a converted garage and a brick 'shelter' cramed into a back garden of a semi-detatched in Leeds. The larger of the two 'apartments' comprised of two rooms, one FULL, almost wall to wall, with a double, NOT KINGSIZE, bed and the other with a very well used sofabed which didn't have enough room to pull out and very, very small and simple 'kitchen' area. The toilet/bathroom was housed in what only can be described as a 'cupboard'. I didn't even dare to look inside the the second apartment.
I informed the owner that I was disgusted with the accomodation and explained that I wouldn't be staying in the apartments and didn't expect to be charged. However, three days after my scheduled stay I was charged in FULL! I am currently trying to retreive my payment but am receiving no help what so ever from the hotellier.
DO NOT BOOK / STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
