We often stay here when visiting my husband’s family in Leeds and have returned several times. A sofa bed is made up for our 2yr old son and we always find it excellent value at around £45 for all three of us including continental breakfast. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for one night for £59 for the room for 2 people including breakfast. Great value. The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The staff who greeted us at reception were extremely friendly. The continental breakfast was very nice. Excellent. Will certainly return. more

Quite close to the city centre - about 20 minutes by foot from the main train station - this seems to be a modern, clean and efficient hotel. It was also very reasonably priced. Stayed here because it was a cheap option so expectations were low. The rooms are lovely, very spacious, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. I stayed over for one night with my partner as I was attending a charity ball next door. It was £59 including breakfast on a Friday night. Check in was efficient and friendly.
