Basic accommodation, but for the price that's what you expect. Spotlessly clan accommodation and the staff were really friendly. 30 min walk from City Centre so ideally situated. Would recommend and stay again.

Basic b&b a short taxi ride from the city centre. Clean, comfy beds and pleasant staff. It was very cheap, for 3 of us to stay on a Saturday night the room cost £70. No complaints. We went for a night out in Leeds and didn't have to check out until 11am.

Paid £150 for 5 nights in a single room.owner very pleasant and 15 min walk from centre of Leeds . I'd certainly stay here again as its a no frills base that suits most people's needs. If you want luxury then pay 2 or 3 times the amount that you would pay to stay here

I was working in Leeds for a couple of days and needed somewhere cheap to stay. This fitted the bill perfectly. It is thirty mins walk from the railway station (10 mins by bus) on a busy road. The rooms are clean and warm; perfectly adequate for a short, working stay. The breakfast wasn't sophisticated, but it was filling and... More

Booked this hotel as it seemed cheap and cheerful as just somewhere to crash out after a night out. Pictures online the rooms look clean and tidy along with spacious! Do not believe these pictures at all!! This has to be the worlds worst hotel ever! As soon as you walked in it stunk of curry! Then the rooms smelt... More

It is good genuine customers that make a business and hence help to establish a business, which is what we are. Comments and untruths such as these and the 'follow the leader style' unfortunately do not carry any weight. What is even more strange is when customers use all the facilities provided and then bad mouth. I depend on my... More

Ignore all good reviews. Location - 5-10 min taxi drive from the centre. Next to a 24hour brothel. Taxi driver asked us why we'd chosen this hotel as it was located in a drug den. Hotel - Filthy. Shower was disgusting. Dust everywhere. Friends woke up with bites. Strong smell of foist throughout the hotel. Only allowed 1 key per... More

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am the owner of the business and I speak and write perfect English. As for room keys, many establishments charge for extra keys which I do not and had you required a spare, it is best to ask. I have genuine guests staying at my establishment, and they stay... More

I've just stayed here for the past two months ... The place is well located and was easy access to my work site in the city centre. The staff here are very friendly and try their best to ensure I had everything. The Internet connection was great as I used this a lot & the TV in my room had... More

Not as bad as suggested in some of the previous reviews who were maybe expecting something in a much higher price-bracket. Bedroom and bathroom clean (except under the bed) if rather on the small side. Bedding and towel were clean and looked recently bought. Fried breakfast ok. The owner was welcoming and friendly. I wouldn't recommend it for a family... More

I booked this place at the last minute to go on a friends stag do. It was a big mistake. I am no hotel snob and I have stayed in some crappy place's when away on rugby tours in the past but this place is minging. The place looks it is held together by sticky tape. The 2 male staff... More

Thank you for your review. I have genuine guests staying at my establishment who are not in a drunken state and are aware of the surroundings and how to get in and out of the bed covers. Professionals, contractors working in Leeds, who are happy to be served the breakfast and be served. As for clean hands, whose hands are... More

The room was more like a "homeless" Squart Site. Then the Breakfast. If you Vegetarian like myself. They don't cater 4 u at all. I had dried eggs on... More

Thank you for your review. We try and accommodate everyone. As the name suggests, we are a bed and breakfast, and yes we do clean the premises hence the smell of cleaning materials. As for a 'homeless squart site' as you refer to, I would not know what one looks like obviously you do. More
