My husband stayed here for one night while attending a local function. They upgraded him to a double room free of charge. The room was spacious, en-suite, clean and there was everything you needed. Breakfast was a choice of full English or continental, he chose Full English and received bacon, sausage, tomato, eggs (choice of how you like these), mushrooms,... More

My wife and I visited Peasehill for a meal to help celebrate my birthday and what a superb celebration it was, if the way to a mans heart is through his stomach, the Peasehill certainly captured mine.Food of a very very high standard, excellent service, all at a very reasonable price

Fed up with the ubiquitous INNS we decided to stay at this small delightful Hotel. Nice welcome and quickly shown our room and layout etc. Accomodation very good apart, from a faulty shower - but it was nice to have a bath for a change. There was a fairly big function taking place in the hotel but it did not cause... This hotel looked great online and had decent feedback, however the whole place could do with a revamp, staff were lovely and my steak was amazing but my room was awful, the toilet leaked, the shower was stuck in one position, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest and there was a funny smell through the hotel it's a shame as it... I stayed here for a number of nights a week when starting a new job. Matthew and the team were super friendly and accomodating, the steaks are "to die for" and simply must be tried and the overall menu is excellent. Matthew is an excellent cook. His young apprentice is even better! Yes the rooms need updating and every shower... More

Sunday a day everyone looks forward to....we had Sunday lunch booked in for 2pm and I have to say I left disappointed. The service was very poor, for the quality of the restaurant, young staff who didn't want to be there, extremely slow service and in some cases a lack of manners. The food was average at best and again... More

We recently had our wedding reception at Peasehill House and found the whole experience fantastic, Jake and the team did an amazing job of delivering a day that was personal to us in every way. Right from the very first consultation through to the main event they couldn't do enough to help, we even received praise from the florist about... More

First impressions were of a very shabby room and furniture but at least it was clean...........although the shower cubicle was so badly stained it wasnt very tempting to step in. The worst issue for us was the traffic noise (very hot night window open) and the noise from the kitchen below the rooms. The kitchen staff thought it was ok... More

A late evening flight was delayed and we did not arrive at the hotel until almost midnight though had phoned to say we would be delayed. Thank you to the member of staff who kindly waited up for us and brought us to the room which was spotlessly clean and equipped with kettle, a variety of tea, coffee, hot chocolate... More

we stayed here for one night back in May of this year, and i have been meaning to leave a review ever since. the hotel is superb, it is a lovely little quaint place, the entrance is like walking into someones house, with a chair by the window. the car park is adequate and its only a stones throw from...
