This review is written after my second visit to this hotel. The hotel can be found very close to the M1 and just off Stile Hill Way, in a small business area named Colton Mill, which also accomodates a Harvester resaurant, KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Hut along with a child's nursery and medical centre. If heading South along the road, take... more

Stayed here for 1 night on a weekend away for clubbing in Leeds!!! The hotel itself is really good value. The bed was large and confortable and there was also a sofa bed in the room. The room was clean (including the bathroom!) and staff were approachable and friendly. If you are planning on staying here to go clubbing in... more

After 2 days in York, we stayed here as we planned to visit the Royal Armories in Leeds. We stayed in a family room which had been well looked after and cleaned. I visited with my 9 and 7 year old boys. We were given room 209 on the top floor, which had been refurbished with a new carpet, recently.... more

We spent a night at this Travelodge and have no complaints at all. It was clean and quiet. The location is great, close to a local pub/restaurant, pizza place, etc, and right off the motorway (M1). We didn´t book in advance and thus paid 50 quid but it was worth every penny. more

Visted York but could not find value in the York area so we chose the 20 mile drive to this location. We paid 29 GBP for each of our two rooms by booking early. A little difficult to find as it is set back behind the roundabout but if you look carefully they have a sign on the traffic circle.... more

We have just spent 2 nights in this hotel and enjoyed our stay there, the receptionist, housekeepers etc were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very good for a twin/family room that only cost 28 pounds per night and as previous reviewers have said is ideally situated with easy access to the M1 motorway and in a quiet corner near to... more

Stayed there this past weekend with my mum and sister. Hotel looked fairly new, quiet location, no noise at night apart from people coming in and out which has to be expected. What did impress me is that although we could hear people going in and out of their rooms we couldn't actually hear them once they were in their... more

Stayed here the weekend of the Robbie Williams concert at Roundhay - 9th Sept. Good value room, clean and tidy. Friendly staff on check in, arranged taxis etc.... Plenty of stuff for a cuppa tea... Despite the busy weekend the hotel staff were very obliging. more

Arrived here late on a Sunday evening. Had an exam in Leeds the following morning so just needed somewhere to rest. I'd got a room for 26 pounds off the Travelodge website, booking early helps to get the best deals. The hotel was handy for the motorway and easy to find with plenty of free parking. The area around the... more
