I stayed at this bnb with 2 of my colleagues whilst attending a conference in Leeds the room was clean and accomodating. It was basic but had everything we required. The bed was comfy and booking was easy. Didn't choose to eat breakfast for the duration of my stay but because of this the owner offered us a brilliant discount!!! more

The room was shabby, no mattress covers, old threadbare linen and worst of all, it smelt, rather strange smell - dont know what is was. Declined to stay. Landlady insisted on taking full amount owing for booking - I offered to meet her half way but no deal, rather mean I thought. more

Stayed at the Park House B & B for 4 days during March whilst on a course. Although the accommodation was basic, it had everything I needed: A TV, a very comfortable bed, a decent breakfast and nice friendly owners - and all for just £28 per night too.
