Stayed two nights here with my small family after leaving another leeds hotel early after being very disappointed with that hotel. We had just spent most of that day looking for alternative accommodation and had been recommended 42 the calls by the staff at Malmaison who were fully booked. As a walk in secured a great rate and took a... More

My Husband and I stayed here when we first met 8 years ago and were very excited to be re visiting. Our welcome was excellent and the complimentary welcome drink is a really nice touch. When we were shown to our room (202) my very first impression on entering the room was that the carpet was badly stained and very... More

Really pleased with this hotel and wanted to give it 5's across the board except for a few issues. Hotel, room, cleanliness and location were perfect as was Charlotte on reception who was faultless! We had great room, with fudge, filter coffee and smarties on pillow at bed time! We left our bags at reception and they'd been taken to... More

Really enjoyed my stay. Friendly front-of-house staff, powerful shower, comfy bed. Quite a unique hotel full of features and little extras that put a smile on your face. Just one thing to look out for: some of the bedrooms at the rear of the hotel overlook a busy footbridge over the River Aire where there are student bars. Fine if... More

Fantastic hotel. Breakfast options are very good although even though I had checked on booking, there was no gluten free bread available. This issue was put right immediately by the hotel staff sending somebody out to buy some. Within 5 minutes I was eating delicious gluten free toast. Fantastic service! Rooms are very comfortable although some facing the river by... More

let me start of by saying that I LOVE this hotel! from the moment we checked in the lady on reception was friendly, gave us great advice on where to eat, how to get to the spa we were visiting etc. The keys have the cutest carved wooden keyrings, so nice compared to the usual key cards everywhere else offers.... Stayed here, which is a short hop from my home. had heard good reports about the calls, so it was going to be interesting to see, if it lived up to the hype!! Probably important to mention, I had looked up special deals on one of those late availability sites, so was pleased to be able to find a room... More

We were excited to stay at this hotel as our first stop on our european honeymoon. we got in late, were greeted with a welcome drink and off to our room, which was awesome, high ceilings, spacious, modern and a great river view. My wife wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water, it was midnight so... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in August. The location is very good. The lobby and rooms are all top notch. The staff were very helpful, answering all the questions we had. The room we stayed in was ON the river. Open up the window and you could nearly touch the water. Very nice. Large room with full, spotless bathroom.... More

One night stay for a business trip, deluxe room at £88. Great size room overlooking canal, comfortable bed. However broken fridge & broken ironing board let it down. Service was extremely slow at reception. Average stay, would need to re-visit again to re-assess
