The place is lovely and has real character. We where upgraded on arrival and so thought we where off to a good start. Our rooms where gorgeous, and the beds where spacious. Though it was a bit cheeky that they took a £30 deposit for a cd to play, but as my cd player didn't work, I didn't really mind.... more

I booked Quebecs for a birthday treat for my husband. It was lovely, we were upgraded upon arrival and got Room 101, which was quiet (even though it was next to Reception), although the view was of the bins in the alley next to the hotel!! However, the room was gorgeous, I coveted the bathroom and the bed was just... more

My boyfriend and I went to Leeds on the weekend, as we were only going to be staying one night we didn’t want to spend a fortune but at the same time we wanted somewhere nice. We agreed to stay at the Quebecs Hotel as it was the least amount of money (£100 for the night, breakfast not included) out... more

2nd visit to hotel in the last year. It is in a great location in the center of Leeds, with a individual small hotel feel to it although it is part of a group. We booked direct with the hotel and asked for a quiet room, only to find ourselves in a room over the main street. The reception staff... more

What a great find? Wonderful little hotel in the middle of Leeds - great room and brilliant service. Look out for the 'shopping experience' weekend for the ladies in your life Would most certainly stay again (even though I actually live in Leeds!) more

Upon arrival - the hotel didnt not have check in details and disputed our booking as well as the charge £85 for B&B, as this rate is usually for room only. i had booking ref but they were no good . i ended up having to log in to the reservation n their e-mail and prove the rate to them... more

Hum, I was expecting more - the website and a tag of 'Boutique' plus the very good front of house staff were the only highlights. Stayed in two rooms - Club Room - Pokey, Dirty and a window was missing! Only Secondary glazing in half the window. Lights not working - in general it was tired and needed a good... more

Having stayed at a number of hotels in Leeds before I decided to try this one. The first thing I'd say is don't be taken in by the website. It doesn't really describe the hotel I stayed at. Yes there is an area called a bar but its really a lovely oak pannelled room with a few drinks so a... more

Quebecs definitely has a WOW factor. A candlelit stair-way to reception for instance, a breath-taking stained glass window in the hall way, an honesty bar in a lovely lounge area. Our room was fabulous. The extra touches such as a bowl of fresh apples, mineral water by the bed, well-stocked tea tray and chilled bar, toiletries, etc. all added to... more

We regularly get to stay in some good hotels, but Quebecs isn't one we'll return to. On the surface it looks good but firstly it's not really a "boutique" hotel. If that's what you are after in Leeds, go to the Mal. The decor is way to traditional to confer the title "boutique", though the Molton Brown and L'occitaine toiletries... more
