Quebecs definitely has a WOW factor. A candlelit stair-way to reception for instance, a breath-taking stained glass window in the hall way, an honesty bar in a lovely lounge area. We regularly get to stay in some good hotels, but Quebecs isn't one we'll return to. On the surface it looks good but firstly it's not really a "boutique" hotel.
