Stayed for one week with my son while visiting my daughter at the University of Leeds. Ideally located near the university, the rooms were very comfortable and included tv which I was totally not expecting. Staff were friendly, accomodating and very helpful. Will definately stay again.

I booked some of our contactors in to the Avalon and they have report great breakfast clean rooms and a very comfortable stay. I will defiantly be booking them back in next time we they are working in Leeds.

This B&B is located ideally for anyone visiting the university. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and kept very clean, free Wi-Fi access is also available.
