My Husband, myself and our daughter visited this hotel recently as we were in Leeds to watch the rugby. I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I walked in (heavily ladened with bags and a small child) where I was relieved of my luggage and helped to my room immediately. The hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious and the... more

This was my first visit to the Queens for many years and the art deco restoration has been done well. Our room was on the 6th floor with a great view of City Square. The bathroom was small but worked well as did the wifi, remember to get the code at reception when you check in. The valet parking was... more

One night at this hotel was enough. A drive across Leeds from the Radisson where we stayed for 2 nights was difficult - the one way system and ring road were appalling. So pulling up in the very small layby to wait for valet parking I was amazed to treated rudely by the concierge who accused me of blocking the... more

I booked this via laterooms and thought the £79 for a double room was a good deal. Finding it is super easy, valet parking so no stress with the car, check in was a bit grumpy but we were in a rush. Room looked ok on first glance but a bit disappointed with the empty minibar (standard rooms minus point).... more

Firstly thank you for your feedback although I was very disappointed to read your comments. I am sorry that your experience at our hotel was not a good one as this is not at all typical of our usual guest feedback. If you would like to discuss the matter further please call me on 0113 2431323. Many thanks David Kanarens

I stayed at the queens for one night at the beginning of September whilst on business. I chose this one because of the tripadvisor reviews and it's location. Plus last time I got lumbered at another not nearly so good hotel on the outskirts of Leeds. Nothing much to complain about with this hotel.Very central, two minutes from the central... more

I stayed in the Queens for four nights in August 2009 and the hotel was very busy catering for lots of guests during the England/Australia Test cricket. However, the service was great and the staff were very helpful and efficient in dealing with all my requests. As a train traveller with lots of baggage the hotel was perfectly located at... more

Stayed for 5 nights on business. I had travelled by train and the hotel as literally next door to the station which was nice as on arrival at the station it was about a two minute walk. The entrance lobby is very impressive as was the dining room and bar. Every member of staff I encountered i.e. check in, bar... more

Lovely art deco interior, and room was well equipped, clean, comfy bed, lots of space . Had a... more
