The Discovery Inn is a clean and decent place with a great location, but I have never slept on a worse bed in any hotel on any continent. The springs were literally popping out of the mattress padding (what padding that was left) which made it difficult to sleep. The room itself was a labyrinthine trek down hallways and 2... More

Central location and very close to the railway station. Large room and bathroom, both clean and bright. Bed with two sheets instead of a fitted sheet plus duvet (like most hotels where I stayed at in the UK) which is great for summer! The downside is not only wifi isn’t free but also overpriced, which is unacceptable for a hotel... More

Nice hotel, right in the centre of Leeds. Good value for money although it was a bit of a trek to my room on the 9th floor, 2 lifts and 2 lots of stairs didn't really make it that easy on my own with luggage. Nice clean comfortable room, obscured window onto fire escape was a bit disappointing. However as... More

The rooms are basic but clean with hairdryer, en suite shower and coffee making facilities. OK it was all a little warn but the receptionist... More

The breakfast is continental style but choice of juices, cereal, fruit, cooked meat and cheeses with a selection of breads served in a light, airy very... More

Stayed one night after seeing the Eagles at the Arena . Great value . Excellent room and the Breakfast suburb value for money at£3.75 each. Would not consider staying anywhere else if we need to visit Leeds again

This hotel compares very favourably with other budget hotels. Stayed here for the Robbie Williams concert with two friends, all aged over 50. We just wanted a cheap hotel near to the centre and within walking distance to the arena. This hotel is good value a triple room was only £85 and continental breakfast was £3.75 each, not much more... More

It is perfectly fine for the price. In an excellent location if you want to look round the city centre. Bedroom cosy and tea and coffee making facilities. Friendly staff, and basic breakfast included. I'd certainly stay here again.
