Central location, clean room and a very reasonable cost. Myself and 5 friends stayed here at the weekend in 3 twin rooms and we were very pleased with the hotel. Would definitely return. Also breakfast at the pub next door is fantastic and well worth the cost!

Very central to city, lots of shops, bars and restaurants at doorstep, clean and warm room, comfortable bed, a small fridge would have been useful for a 4 night stay, very helpful staff really good budget hotel,

The hotel had a convenient location near the railway station. The rooms are basic but are clean. They require a little care and refurbishment. The bed was comfortable. My room was fairly small and came with shower. My friends room was more spacious and came with a bath. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Not a luxury hotel, but for... More

Stayed here overnight last Saturday. The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious enough for a short stay. Very comfortable bed. Very clean bathroom. Despite being in the city centre hardly heard any outside noise; but this could be because we were in a room at the back of the hotel. Although the hotel... More

i would never book here again despite it being very conveniently located, i suppose you get what you pay for but, ive had other cheap stays in other hotels and found they were lovely. This was dreadful and very outdated, the foyer is nice but thats about it. We had an odd room to get to, needing to take a... More

The price was very convenient and its location perfect for tourists traveling by public transports like us (it's very close to the central railway station). The wifi is not free (rather expensive, actually). Small room, but all right. We didn't try the breakfast. The problem is the noise: we explicitely asked for a quiet room, so we were given a... More

The hotel was booked by a friend for a large group of us. On arrival into a grotty entrance and now reception in fact we could have walked past the front of the hotel it was that uninspiring! We took the lift in stages as you could only fit two at a time to the 3rd floor to a what... More

Room was very outdated with a tv the size of a postage stamp. The windows only opened a fraction. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated since the 80s, with paint peeling off the wall. Bed was comfortable and clean, possibly the only real positive other than the location (close to the train station). Breakfast costs £3.50 per person... More

I was in Leeds for a stag do. Someone else arranged everything. Hotel is ideally situated. Just outside of Leeds train station. Close to all the good night spots and places to eat. Can't fault it for that. Hotel has a very weird set up. You have to go up in a tiy lift big enough for 2 and luggage... More

Location, yes, I agree is good. But the whole deal of going up to reception, then the labyrinth through halls & lifts to find your room (it seems to span a few buildings), then having to pay for wifi?? The rooms were horrid, dated - this is super budget stuff, never again.
