Had another excellent stay at the Midland, and as before the room ,food and breakfast were excellent. With the station a 5 min walk we were in the new Trinity shopping centre in Leeds within 15 mins then the following morning we were in York within 40 mins by car. Great new coffee shop. Refurbishments just started in Bar so... More

A repeat stay for us and once again, great. We had a family room so decent size although it was commented that another chair would have been nice, only one chair in a three person room. Love the bathroom, fab shower and toiletries provided. We had tons of towels provided which was fab, no having to dry yourself with a... More

I would certainly recommend the Midland as a great place to stay around Leeds. It has good accessibility to Leeds city center but is far enough out to avoid the hussle and bussle. The rooms are cosy and quiet despite being close to a main road. The pub itself was very good with friendly staff and a good atmosphere provided... More

This a cheap place to dine. The food is good and there is a warm friendly atmosphere. The staff are really nice and bend over backwards to help the elderly customers. You can get a Ribeye Steak for less than a tenner!!!

We had one night here, it was lovely. The room was clean and more than large enough. Breakfast was delicious, the hotel was conveniently situated for our needs. The staff are extremely friendly, and a mention to the supervisor leanne who did everything she could and more for us. Thankyou, we look forward to staying again soon.

We stayed here on our recent visit to Leeds. What a great find. We were visiting Leeds to attend the Belgrave Street Feast. The Midland is just a short walk from a railways station which enabled us to reach the centre of Leeds in just 10 mins. The accommodation is in a coverted stable block and has been very tastefully... Great little coffee shop. Sat outside in the sun with lovely coffee and tasty bacon butty. Very good service. Recommend for breakfast or lunch. They have great locally sourced cakes aswell. Well priced. St aidens nature reserve just round the corner for a walk before or after.

We stayed for 1 night whilst attending a pre wedding get together at nearby Oulton Hall. On arrival we were shown to our room (room 2) and advised that the heating came on at around 5pm, but if we needed heating before then, we could use the oil filled radiator. Unfortunately the hotel were experiencing some difficulties with their boiler,... More

We just stayed here for one night with our little dog on our way to visit family. We found the owners and staff really friendly and welcoming and the room was lovely with a great bathroom. Breakfast was really good too. Would definitely come back.

Lovely room, warm and comfortable. Food was good and staff friendly and attentive. Great local atmosphere in the pub. Good stopover. Near railway station to get you into Leeds. Altogether a very good stay, thank you.
