The Good The price is OK and it is about a 10 minute walk from the train station which makes it well located. Room OK with good facilities for a 3 star. No problems with check in and good rates for parking car in local car park. Booked seven rooms for a conference - its cheap and it is often the only central hotel in Leeds with rooms available(which tells you a lot). i am a disabled guy and i found the hotel to be of a good standard. I managed to get a superb rate.. 25 pounds a night , breakfast included with Superbreak. Must admit the changes in the hotel from my last visit are phenominal, the new Manager was available all the time and nothing was a problem The rooms very comfortable and clean, Exceptionally good reception staff. The hotel looks clean and bar area may do with some live music more
