We found that it was excellent value - but you do need to make sure that you check the rates - we were able to get a much reduced rate via interent. Hotel was very clean and quiet, staff very helpful. Breakfast good value with plenty of choice. Just make sure that you realise that It is in Shipley -... more

I last stayed here 10 years ago when this canalside hotel, close to the Salts Mill attraction and located about 2 - 3 miles from central Bradford, was a Holiday Inn Express. Not much has changed - the rooms are a strange combination of Ibis' usual foam mattresses with the old syle HI Express furniture painted brown to blend in... more

Had a short stay at this Ibis Hotel. Got a very good deal on-line, included the multimedia package free as well, which was a bonus. Nice clean hotel, friendly staff and conveniently located, ample parking as well.Only problem I faced was, my room was next to the lifts and the voice prompts from lifts were a bit disturbing in the... more

Central but reasonably quiet position. Helpful desk staff. Good breakfast. Somewhat battered but quite acceptable room, bigger than in some Ibis hotels. Some noise from badly adjusted door closers. more

I paid £45 for a Saturday night at the Ibis which was competitive with other Budget hotels in the area. I found the whole experience to be excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal, less than 10 minutes walk from Shipley train station which is only a couple of stops from the centre of Bradford. Contrary to some of... more

I wasn't expecting much but considering the cheap price, my expectations were greatly exceeded. The hotel is basic and functional, but very clean and has a good feel to it. Contrary to other people's experiences I found the staff very friendly. If you are looking for a 'base' this is excellent value for money, but if you want your hotel... more
