I stayed recently for 2 nights with my wife and 3 year old son. We had a family room in the converted chapel which was ideal for us and well presented. The owners served an excellent breakfast in the kitchen, and were very friendly and offered useful tips on places to visit, specifically with children. Good location for seeing Chichester... more

What a great place. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left it felt like we were welcome guests at a friends house, and not just B&B visitors. We booked both the cottage rooms which had a private entrance together and both had outside seating areas. The rooms were great, everything you could possibly need,... more

We spent three nights at the Old Forge Chapel in the rear Chapel suite. This looked out onto a large field and was light and airy. We chose this B&B as we wanted somewhere that accepted dogs. Bella our lab was made more than welcome, and the B&B have a helpful list of 'dog do's and don'ts' so there are... more

We spent one night here in July and would definately come back for another visit. The close proximity to the road was a concern but as the evening traffic dissipated it was quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable and well appointed and breakfast a real treat....everything you could want. Very helpful information on walks around the Chichester area. We... more

We spent five nights at the Old Chapel Forge, staying there for Glorious Goodwood. This was our second stay here and this time there we were there as two couples occupying both of the luxury chapels which was excellent as we had two outdoor seating areas, which was great as we also had lots of sunshine for our stay!.It was... more

Our family group of eight needed somewhere to stay in the Chichester area in order to attend our son's wedding. It was our fortune to pick upon the Old Chapel Forge, since we all found the B&B quite charming. The rooms were spacious and beautifully presented with much thought given to what people really need when they spend time away... more

We used the Old Chapel Forge as our base for 4 nights for the 2007 Goodwood Festival of Speed. This was our second visit as we stayed with Sandra and Charlie for 2005 Festival of Speed as well. I highly recommend the Old Chapel Forge as the perfect place to stay as the rooms are comfortable and spacious, the breakfasts... more

Having just read the review below, I am a little shocked at what was written. We have just returned from Old Chapel Forge and could not fault it at all. Very nice room, better than a lot of hotels we have stayed in! Very friendly owners who will go out of their way to help and advise you if you... more

We traveled around South England for five days and spent one night at the Old Chapel Forge. I wish it had been more nights! The rooms were wonderful, had lots of atmosphere and it was nice to sit outside the chapel in the sun and have a cup of tea in the evening. The owners were very nice, helpful with... more
