Friendly and efficient reception staff. Bedroom clean but shabby. Paintwork and walls would benefit from decoration. Comfortable bed. Extra duvet available. Stayed there again last weekend and this place just seems to be getting better and better, manager was really helpfull upon checking in and all the staff were really pleasant and helpfull, food was amazing, i would say the best in chichester. This place definatly comes with high recomendations!! more

Not a nice room - seemed damp - the shower was skanky - black and mouldy - water gushed over the floor when shower was in use, sink tap dripped all the time. To close to outside patio/smoking area - very noisy. Would n't recommend or stay again. more

Arrived on friday night, no parkng any where except on public car park some distance away. Parked on service road at rear. Was told by a rude waitress to move it at breakfast the next day. Charming and very helpful staff from the time we arrived. Rooms excellent - good hot water. Imaginative menu which persuaded us to eat in and had an excellent meal. Wine list good - we travel a great deal and are not uncritical, but this time no criticism is necessary ! It was superb value for the price charged. more

Stayed in the hotel for one night. For £75 a night, one would expect something much better. The shower was very very black and smelly and mouldy. There was not even a hook on the door to hang a wet towel after showering. No hairdryer and no phone to call reception. 4 TV channels. Not even Freeview. Surly staff. Food... more

Excellant accomodation in good central location - perfect for wondering around chichester. Near the shops and resturants. Good value for money and lovely breakfasts. more

Food was mediocre (got one of our orders wrong twice) and menu attempts to pander to pretentious foodies without delivering the goods. Staff were unwelcoming and rude. Won't be back!!!!! more
