My friend and I chose this as a probably good base for a short stay. The first impression was of very friendly and helpful staff - always a good start. The twin room was compact but very adequate, if a little cramped for bag space. It was very clean and tidy. To be a little picky the shower let it... More

A friend and I shared a twin room and, although small, it was perfectly fine for our needs. Great breakfasts and friendly staff. Even though our room overlooked the restaurant courtyard, we didn't find it noisy on a busy summer weekend. The only thing I would mention is that the wifi connection didn't work in our room. Otherwise, highly recommended... More

This is a lovely Pub BnB which is ideally situated in Chichester. The twin room was clean, comfortable and a good size but being picky it was a little dark and could of done with a full size mirror. The staff were really friendly, bar lively, drinks well priced and breakfast delicious. One thing to consider is there is no... More

We were only staying one night but unfortunately we picked some hot weather to visit. The upstairs rooms are incredibly hot with no ventilation only a tiny window that does not open very wide. At night it was like being in a sauna with a very poor nights sleep. The rooms are in a converted stables or barn at the... More

We have stayed here several times and have enjoyed the overall inn. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are good size, comfortable and nice beds. The shower stall is a bit small though. Convenient located to all attractions.

We stayed at The George and Dragon for 2 nights for a birthday trip away. We checked in on a friday night at the very busy bar so had to wait a little while. The guy that checked us in was so helpful and friendly, apologised for us waiting and showed us to our room, giving us all the important... More

Fantastic location, warm and friendly staff however, accommodation was OK but room too warm, bathroom had a shower and sink was blocked and smelt damp. Reported problem to reception and within 5 minutes the plumber arrived. Very nice cooked breakfast. Apart from negatives really enjoyed our stay.

Two nights stay with friends in two double rooms in the separate block (which I guess might have been a stable conversion). Weather was great - however, we found the upstairs room was roasting, whereas the one downstairs remained pleasant... so in our party there were two very uncomfortable guests! Parking is in a public car park a couple of... More

Stayed just one night in Chichester. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, standard pub fare but enjoyable. The full English breakfast was what you would expect, good portion sizes and unlimited tea/coffee. The twin room was quite small as was the bathroom but adequate. Free WIFI was handy. Slight 'musty' smell... More

Stayed in Chichester for a wedding. Check in was completed quickly before we headed off. We returned after midnight, the out of hours entrance was clear and easy to use. Breakfast was of a good quality. Rooms were small but did exactly what we needed. May be cramped for those with more than just an overnight bag. Would return when... More
