What you would expect from a Premier Inn; clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. It is set on a leisure complex so parking car be difficult if arriving in the evening at weekends, there car be noise from traffic visiting the 24 hour food drive throughs along with bright light if you are on the wrong side of the hotel.... Just a single nights' stay in a family room. room very good, lots of tea, coffee and milks available. excellent beds. bathroom a bit worn but quite acceptable. bit of pressure selling on arrival of meals in the restaurant but with good humour. all staff friendly. cooked breakfast generous and good fresh ground bean coffee. however little sound proofing of walls... just spent a weekend with my husband at the chichester premier inn.the staff cant be faulted, hard working, polite and helpful.the room was warm and spotlessly clean, big up to the housekeepers. the bathroom needed a bit of updating but seviceable. the only drawback was the traffic noise,we like to have a window open at night but due to the constant stream of... I have stayed in this hotel a few nights ( not by choice) and they can't seem to get anything right which is such a shame. Service is slow, food orders are wrong, and steaks are over cooked most of the time. Everything is inconsistent you never know what the next night will bring. Staff are nice though and helpful.... Probably one of the best beds I've slept in in UK hotels, and the pillows I could've taken home with me. Normal Premier Inn standards but the staff here were all very attentive. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty. We did however have a bad experience in the restaurant on our first evening, but this wouldn't stop... More

Great location about a 5 mins walk into town. Great place to explore lots of shoe and watch shops. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful and happy. Free parking for the whole stay. We stayed Friday night and the local pubs had music.

We stayed for two nights and found everything to be fine. Temperature, lighting, comfy bed and a powerful hot shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi now free 24/7. Ten minutes stroll from cathedral and shops. We also walked comfortably to the Festival Theatre which was probably another 15 mins from centre. Plenty of cafes and restaurants. Didn't bother... By and large you can't go wrong with a Premier Inn, you know what you get and you get what you know. Staff were very friendly and their customer service excels. Bed comfortable and rooms good state of decor. Stayed twice in 3 days. Downsides-parking can be tricky on Sat due to cinema and entertainment complex and if you are... More

We stayed at Premier Inn Chichester for two nights when I had an appointment at nearby hospital. We found the room large, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Our sink in the bathroom was badly cracked but caused no problems. The food was good but the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and we felt that they actually... More

My wife and I stayed at the Premier Inn Chichester while in the area to attend a wedding nearby. The reception we received was warm and friendly and the staff very attentive. While not fancy, the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided for a wonderful rest. We had breakfast in the hotel our first morning, finding it... More
