All Premier Travel Inns are usually a pleasure. They offer the basic board with enormous beds , tea/coffee facilities ,convenient locations and lashings of hot water. Their bath/shower rooms are usually just right with the baths a suitable height. We have stayed at Chichester several times .This visit the biscuit with the coffee has disappeared and likewise the box of... more
I booked this hotel for 2 nights over the Easter holidays. Staying on Good Friday and Satuday for my husband, teenage son and of course me. We arrived around 6 pm on the Friday evening after spending time in Whitering and then shopping in Chichester. We were greeted my a lovely receptionist. Who explained where our room was, what time... more
My partner and I went to Chichester for a long week-end over the Easter period. Having stayed at the Premier Inn in Liverpool (lovely!!!) and having read the reviews on Trip Advisor, we opted for Chichester's Premier Inn. No standard double rooms were available, so we were booked in a room for disabled people. In itself, this was not a... more
This is the best Premier Inn I have stayed in so far. The hotel is located on the Chichester Gate leisure park (with a cinema and several restaurants) and is within walking distance of the town. Parking was easy and free of charge. Staff was very welcoming, from receptionist to cleaner to waitress to bar attendant. The room lived up... more
Just returned from a 2 night stay. Excellent location. Staff efficient, friendly and attentive. Breakfast freshly cooked and delicious. The whole hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is good too being within easy walking distance of the town centre. Despite being in a complex including a cinema, KFC and other fast food places, there was no noise from outside... more

The room was pleasant, well equipped and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good - fresh fruit salad, croissants and (if you pay a bit... more
We have just returned from a one night stay at the Premier Inn. Its location (near the train station) makes it really accessible for the central city - you can walk everywhere, so just park the car and go on foot. Overall, we thought the hotel represented good value for money. Check in staff were friendly and helpful, our room... more

We recently stayed for two nights at this travel inn and can confirm that it is above average for this type of hotel having good rooms and excellent friendly staff. However stay in the rooms overlooking the leisure complex and not the busy road if you can. You have to sleep with the windows closed in the latter because of... more
