This Inn is clean and the rooms are nice. However there is very little provided. No toilet brush, tissues, telephone or small bottles of shampoo or creams. Coffee, tea and milk was in the room but if you wanted decafe. you had to go to reception and ask for it . The parking does not meet the needs of the hotel as... More

We have stayed in this hotel several times over the past 6 years and noticed this time that it is looking very tired. It seems it might be due for a refurbishment. The site is a very busy one leading to movement of people and cars during the night. The rooms overlook either this busy carpark or a very busy... More

They say you get what you pay for but we've stayed here a few times (for one night each time) and have to say we found it clean, quiet (which can be an issue in some nearby hotels) and had secure parking (remember to add your reg details at reception) Only issue was the wi-fi, not good at best and... Stayed for 2 nights 11th/12th April. Its the second time we've stayed and again the level of service, from check in, bar and restaurant was excellent. Family room on the ground floor was clean, warm and in an accessible position near the reception. Small things like booking taxis for us and even providing warmed bottles of milk for our little... Stayed here twice at either end of a week at Butlins. It is a typical Premier Inn with the rooms set-out in the same layout. Noise was at a minimum despite backing on to a main duel carriageway. Rooms were clean and tidy and the reception staff helpful. Make sure you enter your car registration details in to the terminal... More

I didn't expect much because of the location of the hotel in a leisure park, but actually the hotel is very convenient for a short stay in Chichester, a lovely town. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet. Parking was pretty busy on the Esater holiday but should normally be OK. Easy walk into town

The hotel is hot, stuffy and the free wifi is rubbish. I paid £5 for the premium wifi and it was no better really. Certainly not good enough to stream a movie as they suggest you can. The bin on my second floor room wasn't emptied on Tuesday. And then, this morning I came down to breakfast and there was... More

Good stay, good service. Only issue: Rooms too warm and duvet too thick, even for time of year. Nice and quiet, walking distance from town, excellent! Staff a pleasure, as is usual for this chain of hotels. Can't do enough for you!

Premier Inn has cracked it really eh? Its an absolute diamond of a chain. The Chichester offering is run by exceptional staff, the rooms are said to be due an upgrade next month, which the bathrooms may well be ready for but the rooms and common areas are still looking fine. The beds are exqusite, so the comfort guarentee is... More
