This B&B is a delight. My husband and I stayed in early October for a few days. The things we loved about it were the much appreciated cup of tea and home made cake on arrival, the breakfasts that kept you going all day, the comfortable room and excellent service.

My husband and I stayed in late September together with a friend who had already discovered the delights of the Old Store Guest House on a previous visit. We love to stay in 5* Hotels in London and abroad so are quite used to(and expect) to be spoiled. Arriving late (we got lost!!) we were warmly greeted by Patrick, who... More

Thank you so very much for this lovely review. Running a guest house is a way of life rather than a job, and we are delighted when our guests enjoy the experience of staying with us. We do hope to see you again! Heather and Patrick More

Stayed here for two nights for a wedding at goodwood. Checked in in the middle of the day and showered off a hangover, no problems. Lovely hosts, very friendly and accommodating. Stonking good breakfast albeit without a hash brown or black pudding in the full English. Marmite, tick! Loads of local organic and home made delicious stuff. Tea and coffee... More

Easy to find ; a friendly welcome [accompanied by a cup of tea and delicious home-made cake] when we arrived ; a very comfortable room with all essential facilities ; and a breakfast menu sufficient to satisfy the most demanding palate -- served with a smile and a wee chat. What else does one need ? It's not the cheapest,... More

Hard to find anything to be negative about- comfortable, welcoming, excellent breakfasts (seriously good) and helpful hosts. Well placed for Chichester and environs. The shower was very good, as were the 'smellies' provided.

We were visiting friends from Holland yesterday who are staying in East Dean near Chichester. Some of the party were staying at the Old Store Guest House and we were persuaded to stay over for the night. We were surprised how charming the house was. Every room had en suite bathrooms and television. There was coffee tea chocolate biscuits and... More

Only spent one night there recently but everything was very good. Couldn't fault anything. Only Bed and Breakfast but a good pub within walking distance for evening meal. In a quite village with easy reach of Goodwood.

Stayed here for 3 nights in summer. Wish we could stay longer! Room7 with the king bed at the top of the house was so full of character but with all the modern conveniences. Great shower! Breakfasts are delicious and several choices. Patrick, our host, was very professional and kind. Thank you. Dave and Karen from Canada

Just as it says on the package. No short cuts. Very professional. Just what we needed. In a good location as it's close to the A27 (2 miles?) as well as at the intersection of a number of country routes that mean you don't have to go through Chichester to get anywhere. Visiting the Weald and Downland Museum (4 miles?)... More
