Needed a dog friendly place to stay before catching the ferry to Isle of wight .Not in the best position as it takes a 10 mile trip in the wrong direction and 10 miles back just to cross the road.Great friendly staff .Clean room ,Value for money if you get a saver deal.

Our room was grubby although the bed was fine. The bathroom was disgracefully dirty and badly in need of refurbishment. The hotel is appallinglinly sited unless you have to go east. We needed to go west and had to go miles out of our way on the A27. Staff good.

Arrived 11pm at night to be told there was no room. Were offered Arundel - over 20 mile drive despite rooms at another hotel nearby. Worst part was that they charged my credit card for the rooms!!! The room was not overly large but big enough, the bed comfortable. TV a little small but watchable. The bathroom a little tired but clean, The tile grout needs cleaning (Try Grotbuster!!)
