Lovely place for a getaway. We were there for one night only, celebrating an anniversary. A guest house run with a lot of personal touches. We were greeted by a helpful email as soon as we had made our booking. Patricia who runs the house is friendly but not intrusive, and we arrived to freshly baked cake and real milk...

They think of everything at this place... and more! Including heated towel racks, heated bathroom floor, fresh flowers, and even fresh cake upon our arrival. Would definitely go back!
We stayed for one night and had an absolutely wonderful time. Freshly baked muffins and mince pies on arrival, a beautiful, clean room with all the treats and technology you could wish for and a delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. The hospitality was unrivalled and we woud certainly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Chichester. Absolutely perfect!
Great location - opposite city walls and a short stroll to both the shops and Festival Theatre, room very well decorated and comfortable, individual headphones for the tv, parking close by. Breakfast excellent and Landlady very hospitable - newly opened this year - good luck to them. We will return.
We very much appreciate the kind comments from our guests.

I only stayed for one night and wish it had been for longer. I was made to feel very welcome and at home. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast very good.

This place comes top of my list! The ex-restauranteur couple who run it are extremely welcoming and helpful, and baked me a cake for my arrival. Everything is spotlessly clean but feels like home at the same time. There is a lot of attention to small details in the room which made the stay very special: hot showers, comfy bed,...
