We have been coming here for the last 5 years and Dean and his staff have always been very helpful and friendly looking after our party of 100plus! They certainly know how to help run a ladies festival. Food very good, service very good, bar staff will staff and serve until the early hours also!. Good size swimming pool and... More

This was our second experience of this rather modest "flat-pack type" hotel ... and again it was distinguished by its ace service. The unfailingly polite and helpful staff took their manager as their example. During this Masonic ladies' festival, he was particularly hands-on - even down to running a most entertaining quiz on the Friday evening. Did you know, for... More

Stayed for one night on a business trip. Room was a good size with one single and one double bed, a desk to work at and plenty of space in the room. Bathroom again was a decent size with a decent shower over the bath. Both rooms were starting to look a little tired and ready for a refurb but... More

Even though I only stayed for one night the disabled facility room on the ground floor was comfortable and the toilet facilities very good including an easy to use wet room shower. One small negative that would improve using the shower would be to have a "showering wheelchair" as the static plastic chair was difficult to move once sitting down... More

Stayed here for three nights on a pleasure visit. The room was on the first floor and there was no lift but this was not a problem. The room was comfortable with iron, ironing board and tea coffee etc. But for some reason we were never left with any milks so had to go to reception. there are no toiletries... More

Booked in for one night in this hotel and glad it wasn't any longer. On arrival I was informed that we had booked an 'accessible room' meaning a room and bathroom particularly designed for disabled persons. We did not book this, we simply chose the option of a wet room on the website thinking it would be nice, turned out... More

Expensive but average. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the room wasn't well serviced ( only 1 sachet of coffee, 1 biscuit etc) and asking for replenishment was met with blank surprise, and no supplies. There is no refrigerator and only a small TV. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, so I steamed the room when... More

Having just returned from a 6 nights stay at this hotel we could not fault it. A perfect location for the surrounding area as well as ease into Chichester.Taking note of other reviews we requested a room on the first floor at the back. This was overlooking the beautiful courtyard, which was in full bloom. Simple decor but perfectly clean. Very... More

We went to stay for a family celebration, about 50 of us, and it was venue so we stayed the night. First impressions of a reception in need of refurbishment weren't good. Our room however had recently been done, was clean and pleasant. The surprise was the quality of the food and service, from friendly staff. They offered 3 choices... More

If you need to just crash somewhere for the night, somewhere with a comfortable bed then this hotel is the place. It needs a good refurb as the decor is very 70/80's. But it is very clean. My colleagues and I didn't eat in the restaurant as it felt a bit dreary and no atmosphere. The staff that we met... More
