We were booked to stay here for a few nights and booked The suite with the four poster bed - room was very nice but bathroom let it down, no proper shower, just an attachment over the bath, which wasnt great. Room was very noisy, directly over restaurant also, so we had really bad night, with noise from a party... more

The room was large, nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom was good too. We had a 4 poster bed and were overlooking the main street, opposite the castle. The location is fantastic, but at night it was very noisy with the window open - traffic and people well into the early hours. The food & wine were delicious in the... more

We always book 2 rooms at this B&B during the Goodwood Revival weekend and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The 1st year we stayed, the owner (Lee) asked if we minded checking in early which suited us fine and he left us bottle of champagne on ice in our room to say thank you which was a nice touch. This... more

We spent three nights at The Town House and would highly recommend it! We were greeted warmly on arrival by the owner (who is also Head Chef!) and shown to our room. We stayed in The Suite which is a lovely, bright room, on the first floor. Period features, including ornate ceiling and marble fireplace have all been retained. The... more

It's OK if you don;' mind stairs; It's basically a restaurant with rooms. Not a B&B, not a hotel, not a guest house. The rooms are upstairs from the restaurant. Lots of stairs, and then more stairs. There is no lounge or sitting area whatsoever. After a very long day traipsing around Arundel Castle, then back up the hill to... more

(Review of restaurant and not the hotel itself) We were visiting the area and I booked a dinner in the restaurant for my wife and I, on recommendation from another local restaurant which was fully booked. The Town House is a small, intimate venue with a fantastic ornate ceiling towards the top of the High Street. This means that unless... more

We booked this place randomly off the internet and had no idea of what we would find when we got there but were extremely impressed. The location is wonderful - right in the middle of the high street in lovely Arundel. You enter through the restaurant which is absolutely delightful (look at the ceiling - it's 16th century from Italy... more

The room was clean and cosy and functional and a good price. The restaurant superb and the breakfast if the best we ever tasted. The evening meal was good too. My husband and l cannot fault it. The owner is very helpful and friendly. We are going back again and can only say we had a superb time. more

This restaurant with rooms is centrally located next to Arundel Castle. The restuarant has good reviews, although we didn't eat there. The double room on the second floor is basic but adequate. The main problem being that the shower didn't have a hook on the wall to be able to have a proper shower. Breakfast was OK. more
