This hotel was okay for a night's stay, but as many other reviewers have stated the rooms are tired and in need of a makeover. The bathroom was harshly lit, and there was mould around the bath. The bedding looked like it had seen better days. Having said this, the staff were friendly and helpful. more

This hotel needs to be refurbished, It is tired and dated. Having said that, the hotel represented good value did exactly what it says on the tin. Staff were very helpful and food was good. I booked one night and ended up staying a second night. I would be happy to stay there again more

This hotels offers excellent value for money. It is in an ideal location to travel to the surrounding tourist attractions, with the added bonus of free parking. The staff are very friendly and efficient. more

Pretty standard stuff really. Good sized room but in desperate need of a makeover. Shower was very powerful but bathroom mouldy on the ceiling and very harsh lighting everywhere. The Comfort Inn is situated at a service station a couple of miles outside of Arundel. I would best describe the Comfort Inn as functional.
