The room (deluxe) had a milldew smell. We stayed at the hotel for about 10 days and while there, the staff never did replace laundry bags during the week. Have just returned from a weekend away with friends. The whole experience from the GM Steven Cosgrove assisting our planning through to the friendly bar and reception staff was first rate and I would thoroughly recommend the hotel to any onr visiting Coventry.Secure car parking and easy access to the city centre were added attractions. more

This is not the worst Ramada I have stayed in, but it is not the best either. My room on Floor 11 had paint peeling from the window ledge and also, the windows didn't open. Staff were friendly though and the food was quite good, if a little cold! Overall, good for a one-night stay. more
