While I don't really think the place is four star it is clean, comfortable and the staff are stu helpful. My main disappointment is that it's not actually in the city centre. It's in a studenty/run down bit of the city which is a bit of a walk to the main shopping area.

Handily placed with attached (pay) car park and not far from station. Rooms clean and well serviced. Reception very accommodating and friendly. Air Con took a bit of sorting out and bar prices usual hotel level ! Breakfast at £14 best avoided ... lots of other places nearby.
