Room smelt terrible, mostly in the bathroom, room was next to the lift, all night the whirring of the mechanics and doors. Service on reception poor, not friendly or welcoming, let the request for breakfast on outside door as informed to do, it was never collected, therefore no breakfast. more

The carpet in the room was filthy, the bed was nothing but springs, the tv did not work, the lift was dangerous, shutting on my son and hurting him, the staff didn't seem that bothered. There was 1 towel for 2 people. It needs knocking down and rebuilding. more
