We stayed at the hotel the night before we flew out from Birmingham, and used the hotel to park our car for 2 weeks. The rooms are nothing special, a little shabby, but ok for the one night. Drinks in the bar were expensive. The car parking bays were good, with plenty of space between cars. There are many security... more

Stayed here 2 nights - how is this a 3 star hotel ? The staff can't be criticised - they were polite and helpful, BUT we stayed in room 4 that over looked the A45 that was never quiet and since there is no air con we had to have the window open which didn't help with the noise. On... more

My wife and I stayed here for one night prior to visiting the NEC, despite the mixed reviews we found the hotel to be very comfortable and suited our needs. Check in was efficient and polite, our room was clean and tidy, not the largest hotel room I have ever been in but we didn't bring the cat so didn't... more

My husband and I went on National Holidays break for the Easter weekend. Yes it was a cheap break but cheap doesn't mean having a bathroom that was dirty and full of mould on the ceiling and in the shower; bedside tables covered in so much dust that we had to clean it and the duvet cover covered in stains!... more

This hotel is used by National Holidays on there Cotswold breaks and we stayed on the 10/11/12 April in room 30. O.K. so you cannot call this hotel posh. This hotel is not for a romantic break, it is on the main A45 Birmingham to Coventry road which makes it handy for the airport as you can leave your car... more

On entry to the room, it seemed pleasant enough but the cobwebs hanging off the ceiling and the walls spoiled it. The shower head was caked with dirt and we didn't have hot water for 2 days until the morning we left. The unit under the TV looked like it was falling apart and there was no wardrobe to hang... more

We booked this hotel in September for one night stay. We requested a non-smoking room but when we arrived on the 1st of February we were given a small, dull room that stank of smoke. It even had an ashtray supplied. We went back to reception but they said that there was only other room available which was also a... more

Room 11....avoid! Shower barely controllable...old, loose controls. Bathroom floor had someone else's hair on the floor when I arrived.Bathroom had black mold around. I thought the banging of the door underneath me, which shook the bed and the room, would drive me insane. At one point I had to go out; I couldn't bear it any longer. It started early... more

This hotel was booked and paid for by my employer, they paid £73 for B&B in a single bedroom - i think they paid over the odds! On the plus side it was clean, warm, plenty of tea/coffee in the room and the breakfast was nice - great service from the ladies in the dining room. The negatives were -... more

Stopped here one night as part of a coach break away. The Hotel is being modernised to an impressive standard and we were surprised how nice our room was. Plasma TV, pleasant boutique decor, very clean and comfortable high quality beds. The only let down in my opinion is that the bar has absolutely no atmosphere and is too expensive.... more
