It's a mixed bag. The staff were great, though not impeccable. The location is as ugly as hell and the taxi fare from the station is £13 each way! We stayed two nights and Beverley checked us in. What a star and and an ambassador for Hilton. All the staff were friendly and very well trained. The Hotel is well located for motorways and surrounding cities. Situated on a business park with a large Tesco nearby. The hotel is well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommended. more
