Stayed at this hotel recently during July 2009. After spending the day in an uncomfortably hot office, it was a really nice to walk into the air-conditioned hotel. Reception area is very roomy and staff are efficient and polite, as you would expect at any Hilton hotel. Room was spacious and the air-conditioning had been left turned on, so whilst... more

Rooms were spacious and relatively quiet, though furniture was looking tired, not what you'd expect from a Hilton, but overall great for a relaxing weekend. Easy to get to from the M6, but was in the middle of an industrial estate, so no nightlife in the vicinity. Plenty of restaraunts on the estate eg. Taybarns, Nandos, Frankie & Bennies, Burger... more

This hotel is rather a long way out of town, and surrounded by greenery. All the staff were very good actors, or it really was a pleasure for them to help. My visit was just for two working days and one night .The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Lined curtains reduced the sound of traffic. Yes, it's... more

just had over night stay at Coventry hilton. Object to having a £50 charge placed on credit card on arrival, not experieced this before and would prefer to have choice rather than mandatory. Object to car parkiing fee to stay at hotel. Bar prices are extortionate £5.75 for a small glass of very average wine, £8 for a basic sandwich,... more

This is a reasonable hotel in a handy location with great leisure facilities nearby, but several issues make it not worth a full price stay. The room was spacious enough, but peeling paint in the bedroom and bathroom, ripped net curtains and a spring sticking out of the bed were small, but significant issues given the price paid. Also the... more

I got a good deal on the room' £50 for bed and breakfast. The hotel was looking a bit dated and the room wasn't the greatest. We ate at Frankie and Benny's which was just across the road and was very good. The breakfast at the Hilton was outstanding, an all you can eat buffett which sets you up for... more

Pros; Big rooms, location (for business - near motorway), decent food (not special though), pool + spa, cinema (over the dual carriageway) Cons; No fridge, no a/c, iffy room maintenance, expensive food/drink (£3.95 for a bottle of water anyone?), no wireless internet, £15 a day wired internet), location (for leisure), parking charges (£3 a day), no a/c (only heating) Although... more

A clean and well maintained hotel. The staff was very pleasant with none of the plastic ‘have a nice day’ greeting. The bedroom we had was spacious and the bed was enormous. The bathroom was bright, clean and well maintained, distinct absence of mould and stale smell. The décor was in very good condition. Evidence of continual maintenance can be... more

We booked to stay at this hotel on a Hilton Special Weekend offer because it was very cheap and convenient for Coventry Football Ground. We were amazed how good the hotel was!! The rooms were reasonably sized, well furnished and comfortable with Internet access. The spa was great - we ladies had a couple of treatments while the guys were... more

We booked three rooms for a Saturday night from lastminute.com for a very good price that included breakfast. We took advantage of the good location by crossing the duel carriageway to spend the evening at the bowling alley followed by supper at Nando's before returning to the hotel. Had a quiet nights sleep on a very large comfortable bed. The... more
