We had the misfortune to stay in this hotel on the weekend the Crufts Dog Show was being held at the NEC.... We booked our two night stay for two adults and a baby through Superbreak and got an incredible two nights for the price of one with breakfast for £53! The check-in went without a htich. The room was basic. Despite the national no smoking policy we would smell cigarette smoke it was coming in through the bathroom and separate toliet air vents - incidentally the separate toliet was a plus.
