Hotel is OK for business purposes, I found the food overpriced and poorly cooked, I was told that the tuna was served rare but it was served completely over cooked and dry, £17.

Booked special rate, room was clean, pool was good although I did feel the "regulars" where against hotel guests. Good pub grub in Victory bar. Stayed with our neice before trip to Cadbury World.

Nice clean hotel, nice rooms, good swimming pool, jaccuzzi and sauna.Breakfast was everything you can imagine you can eat for breakfast.Prices are very reasonable too

I had a silver spa day, the treatment was ok, felt a bit like a piece of meat being pummeled, but ok. The robes had pubes, hair and general dirt on them, but the most striking thing to note is that the staff in healthworks obviously can't stand each other, they were pulling faces behind each others backs no end....
