I have stayed here once before 4 years ago and I continue to be impressed. It's great value for money and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable clean and well appointed. It's not a traditional hotel but the better for it, especially for longer stays where the cooking facilities and access to a washing machine are especially useful. It's well located for Birmingham New Street, The Bullring and central Birmingham. Recommended

Hotel's Favorite
Travelled to Birmingham for one night with a group of long time friends, and stayed at the Aparthotel Adagio. What sets this apart from other hotels or 'overnight' stays was the staff. The warm welcome, and genuine enthusiasm for making their guests stay happy. Seemed a small team but they all played their part, and went above and beyond for us. The rooms were nicely decorated, and quite slick, and CLEAN, we liked the mini kitchen, fridge and general layout. They all seemed a touch different. I was a touch concerned it might be a bit noisy as it was a Saturday night, but it wasn't, we had a fab view from 6th floor of the city. Could have done with a bit more milk (sachets) in the room for two guests, (A minor grumble - I am sure we could have got more without an issue). Quite spacious & comfy beds, it also felt secure. Big shout out for Linda and Sally (?) - they made the stay perfect, great customer service. Can highly recommend this location for bull ring shopping, new street ( 10mins walk) and custard factory. We had the added bonus of a firework display!

Stayed here again while visiting Crufts for 4 nights. We had a different superior apartment (307) to the one on previous visits & although it is very spacious & had everything we needed I liked the kitchen better in the one we had last year so we will request our old one (320) when coming next year. Staff as always welcoming & friendly. There really is no better place to stay while in Birmingham. Thankyou for another great stay

This may be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. We had a superior apartment room - clean, modern feel, and all the amenities worked! WiFi is as good as being at home, we were able to stream HD movies with a fire stick we brought with us, which is rare. Dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, hairdryer, microwave etc all clean and ready to use. The staff we met went above and beyond - Linda was truly lovely and made us feel at home. The 2 gents we met on check in were just as great (sorry, didn't get their names). Great job all, we will always stay here when we go to Brum.

Fabulous staff here, both at reception and during breakfast. Apartment was great, though the bed wasn't the best. Coffee machine, full kitchen. Very clean and central to everything. Breakfast was lovely, full English, cereals and the most delicious brownies!

This is a perfect place to stay in the city centre for a short break and right next to the Bullring. Great value for money and the parking was only £5 too! (You need to park in Moor street car park follow the signs for selfridges and then validate your ticket at the hotel reception). The staff were very friendly. The room was perfectly clean and the bed comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay.

Room clean , tidy and had everything we needed. Perfect for a city stay and easy access to the centre. Staff amazing , especially Sally in the restaurant… breakfast is good value but worth going to meet her ! Keep up the good work and we will be back. Only little downside is the bed was very hard , but that does suit some people.
