Well, where do I start? I guess it's true when they say you get what you pay for - this hotel was £20 each for 6 of us! It was absolutely awful. From the outside the building looked it was falling down and there were old, disgusting, disused beds and mattresses outside. Once inside there were 20 or so buggies... More

Terrible is being kind. This is not actually a hotel. It's a doss house/half way house for the homeless and needy. Must of been 20 baby buggies lined up in a in reception room. Run down and in a very poor state. Was upgraded to 'The Norfolk' down the road. This looked ok from the frontage but still very disappointed with... More

If your looking for a night in somewhere different and adventurous....well you found your place!!!! This exquisite suite features highly anticipated repulsive carpets which come with stained sheets and damp walls just for comfort not like many places this intriguing suite offers some of the best hygiene standards on the market today for instance you would find bugs around your... I usually stay at the Norfolk hotel. Hoever it was full last night and managed to find a small hotel further up the road. I made the booking via Laterooms and the room only cost me £22. The hotel was fine for a 1 night stay. I booked a single room, but was given a double room by the reecption... More

My wife encouraged me to write this review as im not normally one to be bothered about giving feedback. But i felt inclined to show my appreciation to the hoteliers for making our stay a very comfortable one. We stayed here for the weekend, in one of the normal double rooms. It was clean comfortable and surprisingly spacious. I say... More

Stayed here for a weekend while up with the girls from Loughborough, was more than happy with the rooms we were allocated and even more so with the price (£55 for a family room) - Breakfast was ok too! x LD
