We stayed here for my husband's 50th Birthday. Wow! it was much more than we expected, everything you need is here. So near to Broad Street and City Centre, Staff were so helpful. I had sent decorations to be put in the room and it was lovely decorated. Would definately recommend to stay here. more

We have just returned from staying @ the Saco Livingbase and they are great, Right from booking them on the phone to leaving this morning we could not fault the apartments ,We were on the 11th floor room with a balcony,everything we needed was in the room and the quality of the equipment eg tv, lamps , bed, airconditioning, even... more

I stayed at Livingbase in Birmingham from Dec 07 to Aug 08 whilst setting up a new business. The apartments are well planned and built and in one of the best locations in Birmingham City Centre. Broad Street is close but i did not find it noisy even in the `Summer` with the balcony doors open.Good range of facilities nearby... more

Being used to jump from hotel to hotel and complaining about how expensive and small the rooms are, when on business trips, I could not find a better place than this!!! The service ,the space, price, staff, location, everything here is a perfect 10....... It is hard to find a place like this nowadays. You might not be able to... more

I stayed here for three weeks. While the apartments are quite comfortable, and the lobby staff is nice, the overall stay was miserable. An experience I would never repeat… These apartments are located off Broad Street – the bar/club district. Not a great location if you want to sleep. I awakened to singing drunks, honking horns, police sirens, screams, and... more

Thank you for your comments, I do appreciate there were issues with the Internet, however we have recently changed the whole Internet system it all now works very well, with no complaints. Regarding the noise issues experienced, weekends can cause some disturbance, however our apartments are situated all around the building so we do have apartments which look over towards...

What a place! Really great location! Apartments were amazing and what fantastic views of Birmingham! I am so used to staying in holtels I was dubious about booking an apartment, after staying there I would not want to stay in a hotel again, the space was great. After having stayed in numerous hotels and apartments with work, I was very happy to be surprised by the Livingbase apartment. The lounge / kitchen diner was enormous - certainly plenty of room for 3- 4 people to stay comfortably. The bedrooms were a good size as well and the quality of the finish of the whole place was excellent.... more
