Stayed 2 nights as part of a large group. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, although disappointed that a twin room consisted of a large double bed and a small pull out bed instead of twin beds. The hotel is on a leisure complex, and we experienced a lot of shouting and swearing outside our... More

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. It already has a great location , but the staff won us all over too. My kids were upset to leave.......the staff were so friendly. Christine on reception is always smiling and always ready to help anyone. Beemish does a great job at keeping the hotel looking great and running great and... More

Great location (once you manage to track down the entrance door), clean, comfortable and friendly. Unfortunately we had to wait around for rather a long time to check out because there was no one at the desk - and no one answered the bell. We weren't in a hurry so it didn't matter, but it might matter to others. That... More

For a Travelodge the service at this hotel is somewhat outstanding! I was checked in by Craig and Lennox at reception. They warmly welcomed me and delivered what I consider to be exemplary guest service that all other hotels should learn from. The reception area and bar area were spotless, surprised at how clean it was. I proceeded to my... More

Travelodge don't have any frills, but then you don't pay for them. This one is clean, smart, with all essentials. City centre, stations, and other interests all walkable. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, makes such a difference when staying away.

A little difficult to find entrance and beware that you have to pay for parking in underground Plaza garage. Newly refurbished, excellent bed and pillow and very fresh clean room and bathroom. Very friendly and stressfree check in and out!

2 adults (1 with a disability) and 3 children (1 in a wheelchair). Stayed July 2014. Stayed 3 night (4 days), had to pay £33 to park in the car park below!!! Make sure to add this in to your spending money.. No air con in the rooms and as it was hot weather, we could hardly breathe. On the... More

The staff are very friendly and courteous The hotel manager Beenish and one young gent Lennox looked after me And made sure I had a pleasant stay. My only gripe is the Travelodge menu ...very uninspiring and could do With a better selection Other than that the hotel is in a great location I will be going back
