Similar to other reviewers, I stayed at Spires on relatively long stay business trip. The serviced apartments are spacious and great value for money for a city centre location. Nice apartment although could do with a lick of paint. They are centrally located which appears to make it ideal for parties as there was a very loud party going on in the apartment above ours.
