Booked via nitenite's own website for a double accessible room around two or three weeks before arrival. Arrived and was not allocated double accessible room, but a just a double standard room with no explanation. Explained we had booked double accessible room - told there were no double accessible rooms available. Asked why this had happened when it had been... More

Only one mug in a double room that promised tea and coffee making facilities which was a bit of a shame as I was staying with my partner. Bed was comfortable but too small for me as I am 6'2". The lighting system was lovely and Freeview on the television was excellent. Great location, close to the city centre. We... More

Me and my boyfriend randomly stumbled across this place online. It's not far from Broad St, it's a nice place to stay. We've stayed here a couple of times before heading out. We've never had a problem with noisy neighbours, staff are always friendly here. The rooms are small but why do you need such a big room?! Never had... More

Stayed here at the weekend. The hotel is a gem. The rooms are compact yet absolutely functional and comfortable. I had a full sized double bed, shower and loo en suite with TV and tea and coffee. It is what it is, small tasteful and compact somewhat like Kylie. The public areas are smart and looked after and the staff... More

My sister and I stayed here on the 16th July for one night, as we were attending a gig in Birmingham city centre. As much as I understand the negative reviews regarding the size of the rooms, this is made clear when booking and for us, as students, it was not a problem, we stayed in a double room which... More

We stayed in the Nitenite hotel this week. The hotel is in a great location and was very clean and modern. The rooms are very small and don't have windows. The bed was quite comfy and staff were very friendly. It is a great hotel for the price, probably wouldn't visit again as i prefer big rooms.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay and i'm sorry to hear you probably wouldn't want to visit again, but the size of the rooms isn't for everyone unfortunately. On the plus side, i am glad to hear you found the star friendly and all the facilities clean etc. More

Have to agree with all the poor reviews on this site re this hotel. For people rating it highly - what were you thinking? I have been on cross channel ferries where the cabins felt huge compared with these rooms. On a positive, the rooms and linen were very clean but really you are paying to sleep in a cupboard.... We stayed here as a place to crash after a girls night out, it's a fab hotel, the rooms are windowless pods that are clean, comfy and practical, the reception area was lovely with lots of comfy seats, and the staff were really friendly and helpful, totally recommend this hotel if you need a cheap stopover.
