Absolutely terrible, only stayed here 1 night and I stay in hotels about 150 days in each year but this is the very first whereby as soon as I opened the door I wanted to leave. It is extremely claustrophobic with no window, head to toe bed that is wall to wall, around 6ft long maximum. Our tv broke and... More

I spent 1 night here on the 5/5/2012, the hotel on the net looks great and quite big. When we first arrived at the hotel the reception was nice and clean and reception staff were really friendly. We went to the room and as soon as we opened the door were stuck, if you have brought your hand luggage suitcase... More

Having stayed here a few time on business, I would say that I love the place when you are on your own for a night. Firstly, the rooms are small, I would say they are the size of an economy cabin on a ferry/small cruise. The actual concept is superb, you walk into a room with no windows, a double... More

I stayed here for one night for a brief trip to Birmingham. It was planned at last minute and it was for Saturday, so there were no great deals available. However, I had a 15-pound off coupon from a website I had used previously, so with that discount, I stayed here for a very cheap price. The hotel is very... More

Book early and you only pay £45 for a room at the weekend (or go on Top Cash back and you will save more money through Late Rooms). The location is perfect for Broad Street and Brindley Place (2-3 min walk), also not far from the shopping areas. Car Park across the road is £14 for 24hrs but if you... More

Weird. Hotel is composed of few floors of endless labirinths of coridors & tiny rooms ... Very central, in an excellent location (ideally located for ICC). It's clean, and staff is very friendly and helpful. Big TV, convenient control board for all electricity in room. However, tiny room, no window, definitely not for claustrophobic (... ;-).. ). Only two electricity... More

Good points - very central, value for money mini room - great idea, nice cafe/breakfast place next door. Bad points - no window, no soap, electricity socket kept cutting out - meant you couldn't use electrical equipment. Went to reception - first member of staff I talked to refused to talk to me! I had simply said 'Can I mention... More

This hotel is not for the claustrophobic but once you have accepted the small size of the room and the lack of daylight, the rooms are well thought out and functional. The bed was very comfortable and the room and en-suite shower/wet room were clean and well-maintained. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries were included and the friendly... Small comfortable clean room, with en-suite, great location for a night out in Birmingham, and a great price. If you intend on going out, and want a place to crash for the night, look no further. More
