This hotel is nealry 8miles from the centre which was ok, receptionist sorted out a taxi ofor our journey and the local taxi company organised a return taxi which i thought was fantastic. We've just returned from a nice relaxing weekend stay at The Premier Inn Rubery. We had booked 3 rooms (6 people) and each was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The receptionists were very friendly and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. The Great Park (Brewers Fayre) next door did nice breakfasts, but the evening meals were slow in arriving and... more

We booked a twin room The room had one double bed, with the second bed being a convertible settee. The latter was short and uncomfortable. On discussing the matter with reception, we were told that there are no true twin rooms in the hotel. The room was clean and adequately equipped. The breakfast at £7.50 was very overpriced and poorly... more

Hi there, hotel is very wam, air con doesn't work in the rooms. Also in the morning, there was no hot water left for a shower? Breakfast is next door in a pub, which was alright. Apart from that all was okay, but certainly not value for money. more

You would think that all Travel Inns are the same. From a room and a facilities perspective this is the case here. However where this hotel excels itself is in the quality and friendliness of the staff. The check in was excellent from an efficiency and informational perspective and the extras for the kids such as colouring books and hot... more

We arrived to a friendly staff member who informed us of all the things we needed to know. Our room was basic yet very comfortable and roomy. A next door pub was friendly and served good food.
