5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

The staff were really welcoming, the restaurant staff also very helpful. My 3 year old was sick whilst we stayed there (through no fault of hotel) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in changing the bedding. Didn't hear any airport noise. Good location to get to the NEC. If you decide to get a taxi back after the... More

Stayed here with my husband and daughter to see a concert. Hotel was as expected for a Premier Inn - comfy beds spacious rooms and friends staff. Guests in the hotel were quite noisy as was the water pipes leading to other rooms which kept us up in the night with people taking showers/baths at funny times of the early... More

I've stayed here numerous times whilst exhibiting at the NEC. This is a very comfortable environment to unwind after a long day at the show. The restaurant can get busy in the evenings due to the number of people staying here whilst exhibiting at the NEC, however if you book/get there early enough there'll be no problem. The rooms are... Rooms very dated and tired, Restaurant for dinner, charged £15.00 per head for a buffet, Food looked like leftovers being served up, Curry was a big dish of sauce with a couple of bits of chicken in it, rest not worth a mention, certainly not value for money and there was 5 of us

We stayed here for four nights as we were exhibiting. Three out of the four night i had a great sleep, however as we were on the middle floor the people above us were walking around all night until around 3.30am. I know this is not fault of premier inn but the above floor boards were very squeaky! I spoke... More

Due to problems with an oven dinner was a disaster. You can't help an oven failing but you should have a back-up plan! We will not be staying in this particular Premier Inn again. This hotel had it's own dining room, our experience is that those attached to pubs/ restaurants are far more professional.

We booked this Premier Inn when the room rate was at a good price. We stayed Friday and Saturday evening. We checked in too late to get dinner in Friday but the friendly guy in reception booked a table for us for the following night and pointed us in the direction of the nearest place to eat. We used the... More
