I booked here months in advance to ensure we could stay ,therefore it was very cheap! Due to going to a concert at the Genting arena I chose this hotel for an over night stay. It was about a fifteen minute walk from the NEC/ Genting arena or a five minute taxi journey (£6) . We parked in the car... More

I stay regularly at Premier Inns with my Job and this hotel is no different to the normal standard in terms of rooms, check in, Parking, room quality, or sound sleep. The disappointment for me was unlike normally the Restaurant was understaffed in the evening and at breakfast and getting a table was extremely difficult. Staff that were on worked... More

The Premier Inn hotel was as I expected it to be, the room was very clean and the bed was ultra comfy and the shower was amazing. The only disappointment to our stay was the restaurant. The staff were very friendly but after a long day at work we were all ready for our evening meal. We sat down at... More

Came to this hotel for the spring fair at the NEC not very good for the visit The gripe about the place is numerous but the biggest problem is you have to pay for the parking at 6 pound's per day may not sound much to. The company's who pay for the reps to stay but for the smaller businesses... More

The staff were really welcoming, the restaurant staff also very helpful. My 3 year old was sick whilst we stayed there (through no fault of hotel) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in changing the bedding. Didn't hear any airport noise. Good location to get to the NEC. If you decide to get a taxi back after the... More

Stayed here with my husband and daughter to see a concert. Hotel was as expected for a Premier Inn - comfy beds spacious rooms and friends staff. Guests in the hotel were quite noisy as was the water pipes leading to other rooms which kept us up in the night with people taking showers/baths at funny times of the early... More

I've stayed here numerous times whilst exhibiting at the NEC. This is a very comfortable environment to unwind after a long day at the show. The restaurant can get busy in the evenings due to the number of people staying here whilst exhibiting at the NEC, however if you book/get there early enough there'll be no problem. The rooms are... Rooms very dated and tired, Restaurant for dinner, charged £15.00 per head for a buffet, Food looked like leftovers being served up, Curry was a big dish of sauce with a couple of bits of chicken in it, rest not worth a mention, certainly not value for money and there was 5 of us
