Extremely surprised at the high level of Customer Service afforded at this hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming as were the bar and restaurant team. The double occupancy room housed a lovely Superking bed which was extremely comfortable. I had the best nights sleep in weeks. Everything was meticulously clean. Plenty of storage space too.
