I have organised a number of conferences here before, so I have experienced their service previously, and based on this I thought it would be good enough just to book myself in as I needed to be in Birmingham for a meeting the next day. I arrived just before 21.00 as the main restaurant was closing so I ate in... More

My husband booked a stay for couple of days for himself. Then I decided to join with a child and an infant. I called them to change the room or add extra bed but they said the only thing they can do is add a cot. When we arrived the lady offered to change the room to suite which was... More

Stayed at conference centre whilst in Birmingham for work- rooms were well appointed for a budget business hotel, with decent bathroom, decent sized TV and in-room safe, and very clean. The only thing which let this hotel down was soundproofing- it appeared that all the rooms were connected by air vents, through which you could hear your neighbours watching tv,... More

This is probably one of the best Conf Hotels I have ever stayed at and considering what I paid, I must admit I was very impressed. The food at the Hotel was superb and well priced Also good to note that there was a security guard 24/7 at the front desk usually with a receptionist, which is probably just a... More

Don't usually write reviews, but feel that this hotel has exceeded my expectations so want to share. The rooms are well equipped, beds are comfortable and they are very clean. Their customer service is fantastic, nothing is too much hassle, even when I had an issue with my room they immediately moved me, no questions asked. Their staff are great,... More

I stayed here for 2 nights solo whilst attending a course in Birmingham. I was very surprised upon arrival, the hotel was very modern (for once I had not checked trip advisor as it was a last minute booking) the room was absolutely gorgeous for a business hotel at a reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and the phone... More

the room was lovely and clean, staff were really helpful and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Only thing that let it down was the very limited menu available on the saturday evening

Work trip to Birmingham and this place is really good. Free use of the gym is a great idea too. Food good (though mine was free with work so can't comment on price) breakfast excellent though could do with papers being available. Staff very friendly, bar a bit expensive perhaps but a nice basic but comfortable room with TV, very... More

It was hard enough trying to find the carpark for this place. They then charge you 8 pound to park your car there. The room was nice, we had a queen room but it looked nothing like the pictures. Not as big etc. In the morning we left about 10am, walk to the car park to find out there was... More
